# 向合同添加自定义条款

您可以随时向任意一组模板条款中添加自定义条款。这些条款使您无需使用其他软件或在 impact.com 之外签署额外合同，即可自定义并定义与合作伙伴的关系。相反，您可以将其复制（或上传 PDF）到您的模板条款中，并通过 impact.com 平台与合作伙伴签署。

自定义条款补充了所有广告主和合作伙伴都同意的 impact.com 主营销活动协议。一旦它们被纳入合作伙伴同意的模板条款中，合作伙伴就会同意您的自定义条款。

#### 创建自定义条款

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[Engage]** → **合同 → 自定义条款**.
2. 在右上角，选择 **创建自定义条款**。请参考下方定义以获取帮助。
   * **名称：** 为您的自定义条款输入一个唯一且具描述性的名称，该名称将显示在自定义条款列表中。合作伙伴不会看到此名称。
   * **类型：** 选择最能对您的自定义条款进行分类的类型。如果没有看起来匹配的项，您可以将其保留为通用条款。
   * **输入：** 选择输入方式。

     * *文本* 会向您显示一个 WYSIWYG 文本框，以输入您修改后的自定义条款。
     * *PDF* 会向您显示一个 **选择文件** 按钮，用于以上传 PDF 格式的修改后自定义条款

3. 选择 **保存**.

#### 向模板条款添加自定义条款

当自定义条款被添加到合作伙伴已签署的合同中，或者您修改了现有合同中的自定义条款时，合作伙伴会通过电子邮件收到通知。

#### 修改自定义条款

3. 使用以下字段进行更改：
   * **名称：** 如果您想更改自定义条款的名称，请在此处输入新名称。

   * **备注：** 留下评论，说明所做的更改。这将通过电子邮件发送给已启用电子邮件通知的合作伙伴。
6. 选择 **提交**.
