# 向您的合同添加自定义条款

你可以随时将自定义条款添加到任何一组模板条款中。这些条款使你无需使用其他软件或在 impact.com 之外签署额外合同，即可自定义并定义你与合作伙伴的关系。相反，你可以将它们复制（或上传 PDF）到你的模板条款中，并通过 impact.com 平台与合作伙伴签署。

自定义条款补充了所有广告主和合作伙伴都同意的 impact.com 主活动协议。一旦它们被包含在合作伙伴同意的模板条款中，合作伙伴也就同意了你的自定义条款。

#### 创建自定义条款

2. 在右上角，选择 **创建自定义条款**。请参阅下面的定义以获取帮助。
   * **名称：** 为你的自定义条款输入一个唯一且具有描述性的名称，该名称将显示在自定义条款列表中。合作伙伴不会看到此名称。
   * **类型：** 选择最能对你的自定义条款进行分类的类型。如果看起来都不匹配，你可以将其保留为通用条款。
   * **输入：** 选择输入方式。

     * *文本* 会向你显示一个所见即所得（WYSIWYG）文本框，用于输入你修改后的自定义条款。
     * *PDF* 会向你显示一个 **选择文件** 用于以上传 PDF 格式的修改后自定义条款的按钮

3. 选择 **保存**.

#### 将自定义条款添加到模板条款

当自定义条款被添加到他们已签署的合同中，或者你修改现有合同中的自定义条款时，合作伙伴会通过电子邮件收到通知。

6. 选择 **提交**.
