# 批准、撤销和修改待处理行动付款
操作在锁定前可以被批准、逆转或修改，方便您相应调整合作伙伴付款。

批准操作

**注意：** 操作将根据您的合同条款自动锁定，因此通常无需批准操作。

1. 导航至  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待付款 →** [**动作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 您将看到一个表格，其中包含所有待付款的合作伙伴操作。
* 您可以使用页面右上角的图标来  [固定](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/pin-a-report.md),  **安排**,  **下载** （PDF、Excel 或 CSV 格式），或  **导出** 通过 API 获取报告。
2. 将鼠标悬停在要批准的操作上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **批准**.
3. 该操作将被批准并锁定。
修改操作
1. 导航至  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待付款 →** [**动作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 您将看到一个表格，其中包含所有待付款的合作伙伴操作。
2. **双击** 表格中的某个条目，或选择  **\[展开]** 以查看有关该操作的更多详细信息。
3. 选择 **修改** 以加载 *修改项目详情* 页面上的受限代码列表。
4. 在 *项目详情*下，选择 **拒绝项目** 以逆转该操作，或 **修改销售金额** 以调整操作详情。
5. 选择一个 **修改/拒绝原因**.
6. 选择 **修改** 以保存修改。
对于其他类型的修改，例如重新归属订单，您必须 [联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml). impact.com 可以更正尚未锁定订单的归属。
逆转操作
1. 导航至  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待付款 →** [**动作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 您将看到一个表格，其中包含所有待付款的合作伙伴操作。
2. 将鼠标悬停在要逆转的操作上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **撤销** 并从提供的选项中选择一个原因。
3. impact.com 将完成逆转。
逆转每次点击费用 (CPC) 操作的流程不同，并且要求您 [联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 寻求帮助。
恢复已逆转的操作
1. 导航至  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待付款 →** [**动作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 您将看到一个表格，其中包含所有待付款的合作伙伴操作。
2. 在列表中找到要恢复的特定操作，然后选择  **动作** → **批准** 以覆盖该逆转。
3. 该操作将返回到 [*待付款：操作*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/payouts/approve-reverse-and-modify-pending-payouts-for-actions.md) 页面，并将根据与合作伙伴达成的合同条款锁定。
自动化退回处理
如果您不想手动处理逆转，有几种方式可以自动化该流程。您可以设置事件类型，并指定首选的自动化退回处理方式。
请按以下步骤操作：
1. 在顶部导航菜单中，选择  **\[用户资料]** **→** **设置**.
2. 在 *跟踪*下，选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 将光标悬停在要自动化退回处理的事件类型上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **查看 / 编辑**.
4. 选择  **\[编辑]** 位于右侧末端的 **退货处理** 行。
