# 批准、撤销和修改转化的待支付
在锁定之前，操作可以被批准、撤销或修改，这使你能够相应地调整合作伙伴付款。

批准一项操作

**注意：** 操作会根据你的合同条款自动锁定，因此你通常无需批准操作。

1. 导航到  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待支付款项 →** [**操作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 你会看到一个包含所有待支付款项的合作伙伴操作表格。
* 你可以使用页面右上角的图标来  [固定](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/pin-a-report.md),  **安排**,  **下载** （PDF、Excel 或 CSV 格式），或  **导出** 该报告（通过 API）。
2. 将鼠标悬停在你要批准的操作上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **批准**.
3. 该操作将被批准以便锁定。
修改操作
1. 导航到  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待支付款项 →** [**操作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 你会看到一个包含所有待支付款项的合作伙伴操作表格。
2. **双击** 其中一条表格记录，或选择  **\[展开]** 以查看该操作的更多详细信息。
3. 选择 **修改** 以加载 *修改项目详情* 页面。
4. 在 *项目详情*下，选择 **拒绝项目** 来撤销该操作，或选择 **修改销售金额** 来调整操作详情。
5. 选择一个 **修改/拒绝原因**.
6. 选择 **修改** 以保存修改。
对于其他类型的修改，例如重新归因订单，你必须 [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml). impact.com 可以更正尚未锁定订单的归因。
撤销一项操作
1. 导航到  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待支付款项 →** [**操作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 你会看到一个包含所有待支付款项的合作伙伴操作表格。
2. 将鼠标悬停在你要撤销的操作上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **撤销** 并从提供的选项中选择一个原因。
3. impact.com 将完成撤销。
按点击成本（CPC）操作的撤销流程不同，并且需要你 [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 寻求帮助。
恢复已撤销的操作
1. 导航到  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待支付款项 →** [**操作**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 你会看到一个包含所有待支付款项的合作伙伴操作表格。
2. 在列表中找到你要恢复的具体操作，然后选择  **操作** → **批准** 以覆盖该撤销。
3. 该操作将返回到 [*待支付款项：操作*](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml) 页面，并将根据与合作伙伴建立的合同条款锁定。
自动化退货处理
如果你不想手动处理撤销，还有几种方法可以自动化该流程。你可以设置事件类型并指定你偏好的自动退货处理选项。
要执行此操作，请按照以下步骤：
1. 从顶部导航菜单中，选择  **\[用户资料]** **→** **设置**.
2. 在 *跟踪*下，选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 将鼠标悬停在你想自动化退货处理的事件类型上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **查看 / 编辑**.
4. 选择  **\[编辑]** 在 **退货处理** 行的右侧末端。
