# 开放式锁定说明

开放式锁定允许你选择合作伙伴驱动的潜在客户何时变成已锁定、可支付的行动。此类锁定会取代一组模板条款中的行动锁定期，并且仅应在潜在客户不一定总会转化为行动时使用，例如旅行预订。

#### 开放式锁定用于什么场景？
开放式锁定应应用于因物流原因而无法按照行动锁定期进行锁定的行动。比如，对于酒店预订等服务，合作伙伴可能会促使客户提前 6 个月预订，但客户可以在预订到入住之间的任何时间取消该预订。开放式锁定可防止品牌为尚未发生的行动向合作伙伴付款。
#### 开放式锁定的时间限制是多少？
使用开放式锁定的行动会在 730 天或 2 年后锁定。
#### 我该如何使用开放式锁定？

#### 我该如何设置开放式锁定？
要设置开放式锁定，你需要按照以下步骤操作：

**步骤 1：启用开放式锁定**
要为现有事件类型启用开放式锁定，请按照以下步骤操作：
1. 从顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml) 下的 *跟踪* 部分。
3. 在事件类型列表中，将光标悬停在要修改的事件类型上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **查看/编辑**.
4. 选择 **显示高级设置** ↓，然后在 *开放式锁定* 字段旁，选择  **\[编辑]**.
5. 请确保 *开放式锁定* 为  **\[已切换开启]**.
6. 选择 **保存**.

**步骤 2：设置处理代码**
启用开放式锁定后， [还必须创建处理代码](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/tracking/set-up-tracking/manage-disposition-codes.md)。处理代码由你决定，以及什么样的设置才适合将行动批准。用于 **批准** 该行动的处理代码可以根据你的需要自定义。例如，对于航空公司，可以是 *已确认*；对于酒店，可以是 *已入住* ，它会触发状态变为已批准，并根据合同在设定天数后锁定的规则。
对于每个处理代码，你需要选择 impact.com 应在系统中对该行动执行的操作。处理代码包括以下选项：
* 保持不变
* 批准
* 拒绝
* 修改

1. 从左侧导航栏中选择  **\[Engage]** → **合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要修改的条款上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **修改条款**.
3. 向下滚动到 *操作锁定* 部分，并确保 **已批准** 选项已选中。
4. 按相应信息填写。
