# 开放式锁定说明

开放式锁定可让您选择合作伙伴驱动的潜在客户何时变为已锁定、可付费的行动。这种锁定类型将取代一组模板条款中的行动锁定期限，并且仅应在潜在客户不一定总能转化为行动时使用，例如旅行预订。

#### 开放式锁定用于什么？
开放式锁定应用于因物流原因而无法按照行动锁定期限锁定的行动。例如，对于酒店预订等服务，合作伙伴可能促使客户提前 6 个月预订，但客户可以在预订后到入住前的任何时间取消预订。开放式锁定可防止品牌为尚未发生的行动向合作伙伴付款。
#### 开放式锁定的时间限制是多少？
采用开放式锁定的行动将在 730 天或 2 年后锁定。
#### 如何使用开放式锁定？

#### 如何设置开放式锁定？
要设置开放式锁定，您需要按照以下步骤操作：

**步骤 1：启用开放式锁定**
要为现有事件类型启用开放式锁定，请按以下步骤操作：
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml) 在……下的 *跟踪* 部分。
3. 在事件类型列表中，将光标悬停在要修改的事件类型上，选择  **\[更多]** → **查看/编辑**.
4. 选择 **显示高级设置** ↓，并在……旁边 *开放式锁定* 字段中选择  **\[编辑]**.
5. 确保 *开放式锁定* 为  **\[已开启]**.
6. 选择 **保存**.

**步骤 2：设置处理结果代码**
启用开放式锁定后， [还必须创建处理结果代码](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/tracking/set-up-tracking/manage-disposition-codes.md)。处理结果代码由您决定，以及什么情况最适合让行动获批。用于 **批准** 该行动的代码可以根据您的需要自定义。例如，对于航空公司，可能是 *已确认*，对于酒店，则可能是 *已入住* ，以触发状态变更为已批准，并按合同在设定天数后锁定的规则。
对于每个处理结果代码，您需要选择 impact.com 应在系统中对该行动执行的操作。处理结果代码包括以下选项：
* 保持原样
* 批准
* 拒绝
* 修改

2. 将鼠标悬停在要修改的条款上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **修改条款**.
3. 向下滚动到 *操作锁定* 部分，并确保 **已批准** 选项已被选中。
4. 请相应填写信息。
