# 开放式锁定说明

开放式锁定允许你选择合作伙伴驱动的潜在客户何时变为已锁定、可付款的操作。这种锁定类型将取代一组模板条款中的操作锁定期限，并且应仅在潜在客户并不总是会转化为操作时使用，例如旅行预订。

#### 开放式锁定用于什么？
开放式锁定应用于由于物流原因，无法根据操作锁定期限进行锁定的操作。例如，对于酒店预订等服务，合作伙伴可能会促使客户提前 6 个月进行预订，但客户可以在预订与入住之间的任何时间取消该预订。开放式锁定可防止品牌为尚未发生的操作向合作伙伴付款。
#### 开放式锁定的时间限制是什么？
启用了开放式锁定的操作将在 730 天或 2 年后锁定。
#### 我该如何使用开放式锁定？

#### 我该如何设置开放式锁定？
要设置开放式锁定，你需要按照以下步骤操作：

**步骤 1：启用开放式锁定**
要为现有事件类型启用开放式锁定，请按以下步骤操作：
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml) 在 *跟踪* 部分。
3. 在事件类型列表中，将鼠标悬停在要修改的事件类型上，选择  **\[更多]** → **查看/编辑**.
4. 选择 **显示高级设置** ↓，并在 *开放式锁定* 字段旁边选择  **\[编辑]**.
5. 确保 *开放式锁定* 为  **\[已开启]**.
6. 选择 **保存**.

**步骤 2：设置处置代码**
启用开放式锁定后， [还必须创建处置代码](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/tracking/set-up-tracking/manage-disposition-codes.md)。处置代码由你决定，并应根据什么情况才算操作获批来确定。用于批准 **批准** 该操作的处置代码可以根据你的需求自定义。例如，对于航空公司，可以是 *已确认*；对于酒店，可以是 *已入住* ，用于触发状态变更为已批准，并根据合同在设定天数后锁定规则。
对于每个处置代码，你都需要选择 impact.com 应如何在系统中处理该操作。处置代码包括以下选项：
* 保持原样
* 批准
* 拒绝
* 修改

1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[互动]** → **合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要修改的条款上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **修改条款**.
3. 向下滚动到 *操作锁定* 部分，并确保 **已批准** 选项被选中。
4. 请相应填写信息。
