# 配置动作查询自动化
询价选项控制 impact.com 如何处理来自您的返现和忠诚度合作伙伴的行动询价。当合作伙伴询问一个已经被追踪的订单时，您可以发送自动回复。您还可以设置审批规则，自动接受合作伙伴的询价，这样合作伙伴就能按时获得付款，而无需您手动审核每一项询价。
## 访问您的询价自动化选项
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[互动]** → **交易** → [**询价**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/view-missing-action-enquiries-flow.ihtml).
2. 在右上角，选择 **询价选项**.
3. 要编辑某个部分，将鼠标悬停在其标题上，然后选择  **\[编辑]**.
## 设置已追踪订单的自动回复
合作伙伴有时会就 impact.com 已经追踪并归因于其他来源的订单提交询价。开启自动回复后，impact.com 会拒绝这些询价并告知合作伙伴原因。
1. 在 **已追踪订单的自动回复** 部分中，选择  **\[编辑]**.
2. 选择  **\[未勾选复选框]** 旁边的 **启用自动回复**.
3. 可选地，选择在回复中与合作伙伴分享的内容：
* **是，我想向询价的合作伙伴显示获得该行动归因的渠道** 向合作伙伴显示哪个渠道获得了该行动的归因。
* **是，我想向询价的合作伙伴显示为该行动获得归因的媒体** 向合作伙伴显示哪个媒体获得了该行动的归因。
4. 选择 **保存**.
## 设置或停用自动审批规则
审批规则接受 [询价](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/action-inquiries/action-inquiries-explained.md) 来自您选择的合作伙伴，只要每条询价都满足您为该合作伙伴设置的条件即可。您可以选择 impact.com 在批准前等待多长时间、它可为单条询价批准的最大付款金额，以及它每月可为该合作伙伴批准的最大总额。任何不满足条件的询价都会保持待处理状态，直到您 [审核它](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/action-inquiries/review-action-inquiries.md).
### 自动审批的工作原理
* **定期检查**：impact.com 会定期根据您的审批规则检查待处理的询价。只有当某条询价满足该合作伙伴规则中的每一项条件时，才会自动批准。
* **会创建一项新行动**：已批准的询价会使用询价中的详细信息以及规则的 **默认事件类型**。该行动将遵循您与合作伙伴签订的合同以及您的 [行动生命周期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md)，包括锁定和付款日期。
* **超过限额的询价会等待您**：如果某条询价请求的金额超过您的单条询价限额，或者该合作伙伴已达到月度限额，则该询价将保持待处理。然后您可以 [手动审核它](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/action-inquiries/review-action-inquiries.md).
* **历史交易日期会被调整**：新行动将按询价的交易日期上报。如果根据该日期计算出的锁定日期已经过去，则该行动的锁定和付款日期将改为以询价获批的日期为准，这样它就不会在过去锁定或付款。请确保您的账户中有足够资金来覆盖自动批准的询价。
### 配置自动审批规则
1. 将鼠标悬停在 *审批规则*，然后选择  **\[编辑]**.
2. 在 *自动批准*，选择  **\[单选按钮]** **自动批准行动询价**.
3. 填写规则字段。每条规则仅适用于一个合作伙伴：
1. 在 *合作伙伴* 下拉菜单中，选择您希望自动批准其询价的合作伙伴。
2. 在 *批准询价*，选择何时批准： **立即**, **之后** 在提交询价后的指定天数后，或者 **在月底之后** 在月底后的指定天数后批准。
3. 在 *如果请求的付款金额低于 $*，请输入 impact.com 可为单条询价批准的最大付款金额。留空表示不设限额。
4. 在 *如果该自然月已批准询价的总付款金额低于 $*，请输入 impact.com 每个自然月可为该合作伙伴批准的最大总额。留空表示不设限额。
5. 在 *默认事件类型* 下拉菜单中，选择用于新行动的事件类型。
4. 要为其他合作伙伴设置自动批准，请选择 **添加规则**，然后对新规则重复第 3 步。
5. 要删除规则，请选择  **\[删除]** 其上方的。
6. 选择 **保存**.

**示例：** 您为某个返现合作伙伴设置了一条规则，该规则会在以下时间后批准询价： `14` 天，单条询价限额为 `80 美元` 以及每月限额为 `2,000 美元`.
* 合作伙伴提交了一条请求 25 美元付款的询价。如果您在 14 天内未接受或拒绝，impact.com 将自动批准并创建一项新行动。
* 第二条询价请求 120 美元，超过了 80 美元的限额，因此会保持待处理状态，直到您审核它。
* 如果该合作伙伴当月已获批准的询价付款达到 2,000 美元，那么该月其余的询价也会保持待处理。

### 关闭自动批准
1. 在 **询价选项** 选项卡上，将鼠标悬停在 *审批规则* 标题上，然后选择  **\[编辑]**.
2. 在 *自动批准*，选择  **\[单选按钮]** **我不想自动批准询价**.
3. 选择 **保存**.
