# 向意向对象发送提案
您可以随时向潜在合作伙伴发送提案。当合作伙伴没有任何合同要求时，您可以提议使用您现有模板条款中的任意一项。但是，当合作伙伴有合同要求时，您必须先创建新的条款以满足其要求，然后才能进行提案。

**How reaching out affects the funnel stage:** Sending a direct email, message, or proposal from the *Prospects* screen — or contacting a prospect through an Email Workflow — moves them from *New* to *Outreach*. Sending a Newsletter does not: prospects you reach only by Newsletter stay in the *New* stage.

## 在没有合同要求的情况下发送提案
当合作伙伴没有合同要求时，请执行以下操作：

3. 填写提案表单。无论您如何向潜在客户发送提案，您都必须包含以下详细信息：

4. 填完字段后，选择 **发送提案**.
## 在有合同要求的情况下发送提案
当合作伙伴已设定合同要求时，您不会看到立即发送提案的选项。相反，您可以查看合作伙伴的要求，并将您的公开条款与之进行比较。这样可确保您提出的条款符合合作伙伴设定的最低要求，为成功合作铺平道路。

6. 如果您已在 impact.com 上准备并上传了广告，可选择  **\[开启]** **随此提案发送广告，以加快媒体合作伙伴集成**，然后选择 **查找** 以找到您想发送的广告。
7. 可选地，添加合作伙伴可以阅读的有关条款变更的任何评论。
8. 选择 **发送**.
9. 阅读提示，如果您满意，请选择 **我已了解，继续**.
* 现在，潜在客户应该会收到您的提案。
