# 向潜在客户发送提案
您可以随时向潜在客户发送提案，具体取决于合作伙伴的要求。当合作伙伴没有任何合作伙伴要求时，您只需使用现有模板条款发送提案即可。但是，当合作伙伴有合同要求时，您必须调整条款以匹配其要求。
您可以随时向潜在客户发送提案。此流程与向潜在客户发送电子邮件类似。
#### 发送不含合同要求的提案
1. 从左侧导航栏中选择  **\[发现]** → **潜在合作伙伴**.
2. 将光标悬停在要向其发送提案的潜在客户上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **发送提案**.
3. 填写提案表单。无论您如何向潜在客户发送提案，都必须包含以下详细信息：

| 合同日期 | 合同日期。请选择 **持续** 用于 *期限* 如果您不希望合同有结束日期。 |

| 合作伙伴组 | 您分配给合作伙伴的分组，用于对其进行组织。 |

4. 填写完字段后，选择 **发送提案**.
#### 发送包含合同要求的提案
当合作伙伴有特定的合同要求时，您需要将您的公开模板条款与合作伙伴的合同要求进行审查和比较。这样可以确保您提出的条款满足合作伙伴设定的最低要求，为成功合作铺平道路。
1. 从左侧导航栏中选择  **\[发现]** → **潜在合作伙伴**.
2. 将光标悬停在要向其发送提案的潜在客户上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **查看条款**.
3. 在 *查看条款* 屏幕，查看您的条款与合作伙伴要求的对比。

所需条款将以绿色显示在您提出的条款旁边，而您提出的条款将以红色显示。
1. 选择 **创建模板条款**.
2. 在 *创建模板条款* 屏幕，输入新模板条款的名称。
* 所需条款将根据合作伙伴的要求预先填充，因此您无需完成其他任何部分。
3. 选择 **下一步**.
4. 确认 *合同条款* 以及受影响的 *合作伙伴* 是正确的。
5. 选择一个 *开始日期* 以使新条款生效。
6. 可选地，如果您已经准备并上传了广告到 impact.com，请选择  **\[打开开关]** **随此提案发送广告，以更快地集成媒体合作伙伴**，然后选择 **查找** 以查找您想发送的广告。
7. 可选地，添加潜在客户可阅读的有关条款变更的任何评论。
8. 选择 **发送**.
9. 阅读提示，如果您满意，请选择 **我已了解，继续**.
* 潜在客户现在应会收到您的提案。
