# 向潜在客户发送提案
您可以随时向潜在合作伙伴发送提案，具体取决于合作伙伴的要求。当合作伙伴没有任何合作伙伴要求时，您只需使用现有模板条款发送提案即可。但是，当合作伙伴有合同要求时，您需要调整您的条款以满足其要求。
您可以随时向潜在合作伙伴发送提案。流程与向潜在合作伙伴发送电子邮件类似。
#### 在没有合同要求的情况下发送提案
1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[发现]** → **潜在客户**.
2. 将光标悬停在要发送提案的潜在合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **发送提案**.
3. 填写提案表单。无论您如何向潜在合作伙伴发送提案，都必须包含以下详细信息：

| 合作伙伴群组 | 您为组织合作伙伴而分配给他们的群组。 |

4. 填写完各字段后，选择 **发送提案**.
#### 在有合同要求的情况下发送提案
当合作伙伴有特定的合同要求时，您必须审核并将您的公开模板条款与合作伙伴的合同要求进行比较。这是为了确保您提出的条款满足合作伙伴设定的最低要求，为成功的合作关系铺平道路。
1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[发现]** → **潜在客户**.
2. 将光标悬停在要发送提案的潜在合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **审核条款**.
3. 在 *审核条款* 屏幕上，将您的条款与合作伙伴的要求进行审核。

3. 选择 **下一步**.
4. 确认 *合同条款* 以及受影响的 *合作伙伴* 是否正确。
5. 选择一个 *开始日期* ，使新条款生效。
6. 另外，如果您已在 impact.com 上准备并上传了广告，请选择  **\[开启切换]** **随此提案发送广告，以便更快地集成媒体合作伙伴**，然后选择 **查找** 来查找要发送的广告。
7. 另外，还可以添加任何关于条款变更的备注，供潜在合作伙伴阅读。
8. 选择 **发送**.
9. 阅读提示，如果没有问题，请选择 **我了解了，继续**.
* 潜在合作伙伴现在应该会收到您的提案。
