# 向潜在对象发送提案
您可以随时向潜在合作伙伴发送提案，具体取决于合作伙伴的要求。当合作伙伴没有任何合作伙伴要求时，您只需使用现有模板条款发送提案即可。但是，当合作伙伴有合同要求时，您必须调整您的条款以符合其要求。
您可以随时向潜在合作伙伴发送提案。该过程类似于给潜在合作伙伴发送电子邮件。
#### 发送不含合同要求的提案
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择 .svg?alt=media\&token=8a0e56eb-ff89-4046-8e72-ad2b503f8bf9) **\[发现]** → **潜在合作伙伴**.
2. 将光标悬停在您要向其发送提案的潜在合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **发送提案**.
3. 填写提案表单。无论您如何向潜在合作伙伴发送提案，都必须包含以下详细信息：

4. 填写完字段后，选择 **发送提案**.
#### 发送包含合同要求的提案
当合作伙伴有特定的合同要求时，您需要查看并将您的公开模板条款与合作伙伴的合同要求进行比较。这样可以确保您提出的条款满足合作伙伴设定的最低要求，为成功合作铺平道路。
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择 .svg?alt=media\&token=8a0e56eb-ff89-4046-8e72-ad2b503f8bf9) **\[发现]** → **潜在合作伙伴**.
2. 将光标悬停在您要向其发送提案的潜在合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多]** → **查看条款**.

所需条款将以绿色显示在您提议的条款旁边，而您提议的条款则以红色显示。
1. 选择 **创建模板条款**.
2. 在 *创建模板条款* 界面上，为新的模板条款输入名称。
* 所需条款将根据合作伙伴的要求自动填充，因此您无需填写其他任何部分。
3. 选择 **下一步**.
4. 确认 *合同条款* 以及受影响的 *合作伙伴* 是正确的。
5. 选择一个 *开始日期* 使新条款生效。
6. 可选地，如果您已经在 impact.com 中准备并上传了广告，请选择  **\[开启切换]** **随此提案发送广告，以加快媒体合作伙伴集成**，然后选择 **查找** 以查找您要发送的广告。
7. 可选地，添加潜在合作伙伴可以阅读的有关条款更改的任何评论。
8. 选择 **发送**.
9. 阅读提示，如果您满意，请选择 **我了解，继续**.
* 潜在合作伙伴现在应该会收到您的提案。
