# 联系潜在客户

#### 向潜在客户发送消息

1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/fd2b2d51e9ef2d0d5d51aec8732f6c735cfd0cb5) **\[发现]** → **潜在客户**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在你想发送消息的潜在客户上，然后选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[更多]** → **消息**.
3. 输入你想发送的消息。
   * 你也可以选择 ![](/files/14b41733c8251c65f98b2c86fb04d7290298e49c) **\[附加]** 以下文件类型：CSV、PDF、JPEG、PNG、GIF。
   * impact.com 会扫描所有传入和传出的附件是否含有病毒。
4. 在你编写好消息并添加附件后，选择 **发送**.

**批量给潜在客户发送电子邮件**

2. 将鼠标悬停在每个潜在客户上，并选择 ![](/files/d4151d93ed2da7b33e79d07ae02bdd88dbd67390) **\[复选框]** ，用于将该潜在客户加入批量邮件。
   * 要给第一页上的所有潜在客户发送电子邮件，请选择 **全选** 在表格顶部。手动选择后续页面上的任何其他潜在客户。
3. 在表格上方，选择 **电子邮件**.
