# 邀请合作伙伴加入品牌项目

### 分享账户级注册链接

此方法会将潜在合作伙伴引导至品牌的账户级注册链接页面。在这里，他们可以登录或注册合作伙伴账户，以申请加入您的项目。通过此方式加入的合作伙伴必须由您审核并批准。

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/1cbb667ec4878308f24ec4acd13cbf03ede0bdfe) **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在左侧，位于 *账户设置* → *品牌设置*下，选择 **注册链接页面**.
3. 登录链接可在 *品牌设置选项* 部分的底部找到。复制并将此链接发送给潜在合作伙伴。

### 分享特定项目的注册链接页面

此方法会将潜在合作伙伴引导至仅适用于某个特定项目的注册链接页面。通过此方式加入的合作伙伴必须由您审核并批准。

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/1cbb667ec4878308f24ec4acd13cbf03ede0bdfe) **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在右侧，位于 *项目设置 → 品牌设置，* 选择 [合作伙伴注册链接页面](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/campaign/partner-signup-form-settings-flow.ihtml).
3. 注册链接可在 *常规* 部分中找到，位于 *您的注册链接* 标题下方。复制并将此链接发送给潜在合作伙伴。

### 发送品牌合同链接

此方法是向合作伙伴发送一个与特定模板条款相关联的专属品牌链接。合作伙伴将在品牌页面上查看条款，然后申请加入您的项目。

1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[互动]** → **合同** → **模板条款**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在您要使用的模板条款上，并选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[更多]** → **获取品牌链接**.
3. 复制 *推广页面链接* 字段中提供的链接。

### 手动或批量将合作伙伴添加到模板条款中

2. 找到您想要添加合作伙伴的模板条款，然后选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[更多] → 添加合作伙伴**.
3. 在 *媒体合作伙伴* 字段中，您可以：
   * *添加现有合作伙伴*：使用搜索框从现有合作伙伴列表中查找合作伙伴。
   * *添加新合作伙伴*：选择 ![](/files/9ee7bd3c79aae4d0667377d18611647c3469f8d1) **\[下拉菜单]** **手动添加** 以逐个添加新合作伙伴。

     <div data-gb-custom-block data-tag="hint" data-style="success" class="hint hint-success"><p><strong>注意：</strong> 当您手动添加新合作伙伴时，他们将收到一封包含您项目邀请的电子邮件，并会在完成注册表后自动加入您的项目。如果该合作伙伴尚未加入 impact.com，只需将 <em>合作伙伴 ID</em> 字段留空。</p></div>

     * 当手动或批量添加新合作伙伴时，请不要为同一合作伙伴添加超过 1 个条目或电子邮件地址。否则，如果合作伙伴对您的模板条款提出修改建议，您可能会收到过多通知。
4. 在 *合同日期* 字段中，您可以设置：
   * *开始日期*：使用日期选择器和下拉菜单设置模板条款开始生效的日期。
   * *期限*：使用下拉菜单将合同设置为 *持续* （无明确结束日期）或 *临时* （结束日期由您定义）。如有需要，可使用复选框设置一个备用模板条款，在临时合同结束后生效。
5. 在 *审批选项* 字段中，您可以选择：
   * *替换*：此选项会自动替换您可能与所添加合作伙伴已有的任何现有合同。
     * 勾选 ![](/files/d4151d93ed2da7b33e79d07ae02bdd88dbd67390) **\[复选框]** 以允许合作伙伴立即接受即将到来的合同变更。
   * *提议*：此选项要求所添加的合作伙伴在新模板条款生效前先予以批准。使用复选框设置一个 *到期日期* ，合作伙伴必须在该日期前批准，或禁止合作伙伴提出反要约。
   * 如有需要，选择 **\[开启] 使用此提案发送广告，以便更快整合媒体合作伙伴** ，如果您已准备好广告。
6. 如有需要，在 *评论* 字段中，为您添加的合作伙伴包含一条简短消息。
   * 该消息将通过电子邮件发送，且长度限制为 1024 个字符。
7. 勾选 **发送** 以完成流程。

4. 上传一个 `.csv` 或 `.xlsx` 文件，其中包含新合作伙伴列表。

   * 您需要提供他们的 impact.com 电子邮件地址、公司名称或他们的 impact.com `mpid`.
     * **公司名称：** 合作伙伴在 impact.com 个人资料中显示的注册企业或账户名称。这也是显示在您的合作伙伴列表中的名称（例如， *Acme Cashback Ltd* 或 *TopDeals Media*）。请确保名称完全一致，包括大小写和标点符号。
