# 自定义合作伙伴的工作说明

合作伙伴的工作说明书（SOW）包含其报酬以及他们将产出的所有交付内容，例如内容类型和他们发布的平台。您可以修改某位合作伙伴的 SOW，包括报酬、任务分配、使用权等，而不会影响参与同一活动的其他合作伙伴。

2. 在……上 *活动管理* 屏幕上，选择 **有效** 标签页以查看您当前所有正在进行的活动。
3. 将鼠标悬停在您想要自定义 SOW 的活动上，然后选择 **管理活动**.
4. 选择 **申请人** 选项卡，然后选择以下状态之一：
   * **已申请**
   * **协商中**
   * **审核中**
5. 将鼠标悬停在您想要自定义 SOW 的合作伙伴上，然后选择 **查看提案**.
6. 选择 **协商**，然后对合作伙伴的 SOW 进行调整。

7. 选择 **发送新提案** 完成更改后。
   * 选择 **无需协商即可聘用** 如果您希望在合作伙伴不对更改进行协商的情况下更改 SOW。
