# 作为品牌提高创作者报酬

作为品牌，您可以提高您的 *已聘用* 创作者报酬金额，如果您认为他们表现良好。

**注意：** 如果 SOW 使用 *固定费用报酬*，则可以提高报酬。对于其他报酬类型，例如产品赠礼，则无法提高报酬。

1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[Engage]** → **Campaign Manager** → **创作者**.
2. 将光标悬停在创作者参与的活动上，然后选择 **管理活动**.
3. 在 *申请人* 界面上，选择 **已聘用** 选项卡。

4. 将光标悬停在您想要提高报酬的创作者上，然后选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[更多]** → **提高报酬**.
5. 输入 **新金额** 并选择 **保存**.

   * “ *提高报酬* 操作会更新 SOW 中的金额，但不会触发付款。付款仍由 **付款** 操作触发。
   * 当创作者的报酬提高时，他们将收到通知。
