# 自定义创作者的工作说明书
创作者的工作说明（SOW）包含其报酬以及他们将产出的所有交付内容，例如内容类型和发布平台。你可以修改某位创作者的 SOW，包括报酬、任务分配、使用权等，而不会影响参与同一活动的其他创作者。
当你邀请任何新创作者加入你的活动时，你可以包含该活动的默认 SOW，或自定义 SOW。请参阅 [邀请新创作者加入你的活动](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/recruit-creators/manage-creator-campaign-applicants.md#invite-new-creators-to-your-campaign-0-1) 。
1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **活动经理** → [**创作者**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/campaigns/influencer-campaign-manager-flow.ihtml).
2. 在 *活动经理* 界面，选择 **进行中** 选项卡以查看你当前所有处于活动状态的活动。
3. 将鼠标悬停在你要自定义 SOW 的活动上，然后选择 **管理活动**.
4. 选择 **申请人** 选项卡，然后选择以下任一状态：
* **已申请**
* **协商中**
* **审核中**
5. 将鼠标悬停在你要自定义 SOW 的创作者上，然后选择 **查看提案**.
6. 选择 **协商**，然后对创作者的 SOW 进行调整。
* 你在以下情况下指定了 SOW [创建活动](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-a-creator-campaign.md).
7. 选择 **发送新提案** 在完成更改后。
* 选择 **无需协商即可雇用** 如果你想在不经过创作者协商这些更改的情况下更改 SOW。
