# 查看您的创作者内容审核结果
一旦创作者已根据某项政策完成检查，请查看其结果，看看哪些创作者适合你的品牌，哪些创作者的内容需要你进一步仔细查看。

## 查看某项政策的结果
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择 .svg?alt=media\&token=8a0e56eb-ff89-4046-8e72-ad2b503f8bf9) **\[发现] →** [**创作者内容检查**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/discover/fr/content-safety/policies.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要查看的政策上并选择 **查看**。结果页面会打开，并以卡片形式显示该政策下的每位创作者。
3. 在政策名称下方，使用搜索栏或筛选器查找特定创作者或结果。
* 请参阅 *筛选参考* 下方以了解更多。
筛选参考
每个筛选器都允许你选择多个选项。你还可以使用 **全选** 和 **清除** 来执行批量筛选操作。

| 搜索栏 | 按创作者姓名查找内容。 |
| 创作者等级 | 筛选来自具有特定 [受众规模](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/partner-management/partner-size-rating-criteria.md#creator-tier-scale). |
| 创作者内容检查 | 按检查结果筛选创作者内容。
- 安全：在该创作者的内容中未找到符合你政策条件的内容。此创作者可能适合合作。
- 不安全：在该创作者的内容中发现了符合你政策条件的内容。该创作者的内容包含与你品牌不符的术语，可能不适合与你合作。
|
| 状态 | 按检查状态筛选创作者内容。
- 最新：检查是最新的。
- 已过期：显示其内容曾依据较早的政策条件进行检查的创作者。具有此状态的政策是在上次运行后被编辑的，因此其结果反映的是较早的条件。
- 待处理：检查仍在进行中。返回结果最多可能需要 4 小时。

4. 每位创作者都会以卡片形式显示，包含：
* 他们的姓名；如果账号已验证，则显示验证徽章。
* 其内容经过检查的社交平台。
* 他们与你的关系（已加入或未加入）。
* 他们最近一次检查的时间，或如果尚未进行检查则显示这一点。
* 详细说明其检查结果和状态的标签：
* 他们的内容是否被判定为 *安全* 或 *不安全*.
* 检查是否 *待处理* 或 *已过期*.
5. 选择某位创作者的卡片来查看其内容。请参阅 [*查看创作者内容*](#review-a-creators-flagged-content) 以下部分了解更多信息。
* 如果创作者的检查仍在等待中，你无法查看其内容。
* 如果某位创作者已被标记为 *安全*，从 [资料页](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/working-with-creators/view-a-creators-profile.md) 侧边展开面板，你可以：
* 选择 **邀请** 以邀请他们加入你的项目或活动。
* 选择  **\[添加潜在对象]** 将他们添加到你的 [潜在对象](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/prospective-partners/view-prospective-partners.md) 列表。
* 选择  **\[归档]** 以将其隐藏。
* 选择  **\[举报]** 进行 [举报](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/protect-and-monitor-your-performance-program/report-a-partner.md) 这位创作者。

**注意：** *安全* 表示没有任何内容符合你设置的条件。这并不代表对该创作者的整体认可。同一位创作者在以下情况下可能会返回 *安全* 在较严格的政策下显示 *不安全* 在更宽泛的政策下显示。如果你想更有把握，可以扩大内容时间范围或选择更多品牌安全术语，然后重新运行。

## 查看创作者内容
1. 选择某位创作者的卡片以打开其结果。
2. 在侧边展开面板中：

右侧面板显示找到的内容、创作者的结果以及他们最近一次检查的时间，随后是：
* *找到的品牌安全术语*：你所选的品牌安全术语中，哪些出现在了创作者的内容里。
* *找到的自定义关键词*：你的自定义关键词中，哪些出现在了创作者的内容里。
* *触发标记的内容*：触发标记的单个帖子列表。每个帖子会显示：
* 内容缩略图及其发布平台。
* 被标记的原因。
* 帖子说明文字以及发布于多久之前。
* 用于在原始平台上打开该帖子的链接。

**提示**：在将某位创作者排除之前，请先打开原始帖子。帖子可能在对你的品牌无害的语境中匹配到某个关键词。比如，创作者说自己从未使用过某款产品，但仍然提到了该产品。触发标记的内容只是你判断的起点。

## 常见问题
为什么某位创作者一直停留在 待处理 很长时间？
检查最多可能需要 4 小时才能返回结果。如果某位创作者仍然 *待处理* 远远超过这个时间， [请联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true).
为什么我预期会被标记的创作者却返回为 安全?
* 检查你政策的 *内容时间范围。* 超出你设置范围之外的较早内容不会被审核。
* 确认 *品牌安全术语* 你预期的术语实际上是否已在该政策中选中。
* 确认任何 *自定义关键词* 与创作者实际会使用的措辞一致。
