# 管理创作者活动赠礼订单
通过以下方式管理你的赠礼订单 *礼品* 活动管理器中的选项卡。只有在你已 [配置了产品赠礼](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-product-gifting-for-your-creator-campaign.md) 作为活动设置期间的补偿模式时，此选项卡才可用。在这里，你可以查看产品赠礼订单详情，例如创作者的配送信息、所选商品，以及尺寸、价格和颜色等商品变体。
#### 查找活动赠礼订单
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage] → 活动管理器 →** [**创建者**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/campaigns/influencer-campaign-manager-flow.ihtml).

* 你将看到所有等待你批准的订单。
5. 选择 **导出订单**.
* 将会下载一个 .CSV 文件。
6. 在你的电商解决方案中履行这些订单。
7. 在电子表格中打开 .CSV 文件，并填写以下空字段 *没有* 同时删除现有字段：
* OrderId
* 追踪号码（可选）
* 发货日期（YYYY-MM-DD）
* 履行状态
* 预填值为 `未履行`—将值更新为 `已履行` 或 `F`.
* 如果你决定将订单保持为 `未履行`，则产品赠礼不会更新为 `已批准`.

8. 当你的内部系统中的履行状态更新后，选择 **批量履行** 以上传新的已填写 .CSV 文件并批准该订单。
