# 管理创作者活动赠礼订单
通过以下方式管理你的赠礼订单 *赠礼* 活动管理器中的“赠礼”选项卡。只有在你已 [配置了产品赠礼](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-product-gifting-for-your-creator-campaign.md) 作为活动设置期间的补偿模式。在这里，你可以查看产品赠礼订单详情，例如创作者的收货信息、所选产品，以及尺码、价格和颜色等产品规格。
#### 查找活动赠礼订单
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage] → Campaign Manager →** [**创作者**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/campaigns/influencer-campaign-manager-flow.ihtml).
* 在 *活跃* 选项卡后，你将能够查看当前所有活跃的活动。

#### 审核赠礼订单

如果你已集成 Shopify，并希望批准赠礼订单，请按照以下步骤操作：

**完成 Shopify 赠礼订单**
按照以下步骤完成你的 Shopify 订单。
1. 要完成订单，请打开你的 [Shopify 账户](https://accounts.shopify.com/lookup?rid=aa8ee5fc-e74c-4f6a-8c68-4f7c920477c3\&verify=1715240435-UsJ%2B0DZbjSpK63wD6sJFb1MRUi%2FCd798c%2Fg%2B%2Fhf3X6Y%3D) ，然后从左侧导航栏中选择 **订单**.

* 将下载一个 .CSV 文件。
6. 在你的电子商务解决方案中完成这些订单的履约。
7. 在电子表格中打开该 .CSV 文件，并填写以下空白字段 *未* 并删除现有字段：
* OrderId
* 追踪编号（可选）
* 发货日期（YYYY-MM-DD）
* 履约状态
* 预填值为 `未履约`——将值更新为 `已履约` 或 `F`.
* 如果你决定将订单保留为 `未履约`，产品赠礼将不会更新为 `已批准`.

8. 一旦你的内部系统中的履约已更新，请选择 **批量履行** 以上传新的已填写 .CSV 文件并批准订单。
