# 管理 Advocate 中参与者的 W-9 税务合规

#### 如何检查参与者的 W-9 税务合规状态
请按照以下流程检查特定参与者的 W-9 表格是否已标记为已收集。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，转到  **\[Engage] → 参与者**.
2. 搜索并选择该参与者的姓名。
3. 在参与者的个人资料中，选择 **付款和税务** 选项卡。
4. 在此标签页中，您将看到：
* 参与者的 W-9 表格状态（已收集 / 未收集）。
* 按日历年划分的已获得奖励明细。

#### 更新单个参与者的 W-9 状态
将 W-9 表格标记为已收集
选择 **标记为已收集** 当参与者提交其 W-9 时。这样做会移除 2,000 美元的奖励限制，并释放任何待处理的奖励。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 参与者**.
2. 搜索并选择 **名称** 你想修改其税务合规状态的参与者。
3. 在参与者的个人资料中，选择 **付款和税务** 选项卡。
4. 选择 **标记为已收集**.
5. 选择 **确认**.
将 W-9 表格标记为未收集
默认情况下，系统会假定参与者尚未提供 W-9 表格。如果您之前已将 W-9 表格标记为已收集，并且想更改该状态，请使用此选项手动还原状态。

#### 批量更新 W-9 状态
您可以使用批量用户导入将 W-9 表格标记为 *已收集* ，可一次针对多个参与者进行。此操作：
* 使参与者免于在当前及未来纳税年度中受到 2,000 美元的年度奖励限制。
* 自动释放任何因缺少 W-9 而处于待处理状态的奖励。

2. 对于每位您已收集其 W-9 的参与者：
* 添加一列，列名为： `dateUSTaxFormSubitted`.
