# 管理 Advocate 用户细分
分群是将您的 Advocate 项目参与者按共同特征划分为用户分群或群组的过程。通过对参与者进行分群，您可以更好地了解他们的兴趣、跟踪他们的活动，并更准确地提供符合其需求的价值。

#### 管理用户分群
在您的 Advocate 项目中，您可以创建新的用户分群，将单个参与者添加到用户分群，批量将参与者添加到用户分群，以及从用户分群中移除参与者。

1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 数据源 → 分群**.

5. 选择您想将此参与者包含在内的用户分群。

1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 数据源→ 分群**.
2. 找到您想要向其中添加用户的分群名称。
3. 将鼠标悬停在您想添加参与者的分群名称上，并选择 **添加用户**.
4. 选择导入类型 **用户**.

#### Advocate API 和 UTT 分群
Advocate REST API 和 UTT JavaScript 库也可用于以编程方式管理参与者所属的分群。
