# 管理 Advocate 用户分组
细分是将您的 Advocate 项目的参与者划分为基于共同特征的用户细分或群组的过程。通过对参与者进行细分，您可以更好地了解他们的兴趣，跟踪他们的活动，并更准确地提供符合其需求的价值。

#### 管理用户细分
在您的 Advocate 项目中，您可以创建新的用户细分，向用户细分中添加单个参与者，批量将参与者添加到用户细分中，以及从用户细分中移除参与者。

1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 数据源 → 细分**.

5. 选择您想将该参与者包含到的用户细分。

**步骤 3：批量将参与者添加到用户细分**
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 数据源→ 细分**.
2. 找到您想要向其中添加用户的细分名称。
3. 将鼠标悬停在您想要添加参与者的细分名称上，并选择 **添加用户**.
4. 选择导入类型 **用户**.
5. 使用 [示例 CSV](https://assets.ctfassets.net/s68ib1kj8k5n/37p9zl8fMQvjSW05TRpEiO/8e7f524130ac29092be52f54ba04c7cb/sample-user-upload-hideClassic.csv)，创建一份您希望包含在特定用户细分中的所有参与者列表。

#### Advocate API 和 UTT 细分
Advocate REST API 和 UTT JavaScript 库也可用于以编程方式管理参与者属于哪些细分。
