# 管理员工 Advocate 用户分群
细分是将您的 Advocate 项目的参与者划分为基于共同特征的用户细分或群组的过程。通过对参与者进行细分，您可以更好地了解他们的兴趣，跟踪他们的活动，并更准确地提供符合其需求的价值。

#### 管理用户细分
在您的 Advocate 项目中，您可以创建新的用户细分，将单个参与者添加到用户细分中，批量将参与者添加到用户细分中，以及从用户细分中移除参与者。

4. 选择导入类型 **用户**.

#### Advocate API 和 UTT 细分
Advocate REST API 和 UTT Javascript 库也可用于以编程方式管理参与者所属的细分。
