# 添加单个参与者、奖励或推荐

通常，我们会通过您的某个数据集成或 [批量导入](https://integrations.impact.com/integration-guides/for-brands/advocate/advocate-api/advocate-program-bulk-import-methods)。您也可以单独管理这些内容。手动添加数据将触发任何程序自动化，例如目标和奖励。

2. 选择 **添加用户**.
3. 输入参与者详情：
   * 名和姓
   * 电子邮件地址
   * 账号和用户 ID，我们建议将其设置为相同，除非该账号会在多个参与者之间共享

6. 从下拉列表中选择奖励或奖励单位及金额。
