# 添加个人参与者、奖励或推荐

通常，我们会通过您的数据集成之一或 [批量导入](https://integrations.impact.com/integration-guides/for-brands/advocate/advocate-api/advocate-program-bulk-import-methods)来接收活动参与者、奖励和推荐信息。您也可以单独管理这些内容。手动添加数据将触发任何程序自动化，例如目标和奖励。

3. 输入参与者的详细信息：
   * 名字和姓氏
   * 电子邮件地址
   * 账户和用户 ID，除非账户将由多个参与者共享，否则我们建议将它们设为相同

5. 从 *预配置奖励* 或 *按单位奖励*.
6. 从下拉列表中选择奖励或奖励单位及金额。
7. 选择 **添加**.
