# 添加单个参与者、奖励或推荐

通常，我们会通过您的某个数据集成或一个 [批量导入](https://integrations.impact.com/integration-guides/for-brands/advocate/advocate-api/advocate-program-bulk-import-methods)。您也可以单独管理这些。手动添加数据将触发任何项目自动化，例如目标和奖励。

2. 选择 **添加用户**.
3. 输入参与者详情：
   * 名和姓
   * 电子邮件地址
   * 账号和用户 ID，我们建议将二者设为相同，除非该账号会由多个参与者共享

2. 搜索并选择 **名称** 你要为其添加奖励的参与者的
3. 在……中 *奖励* 部分下，选择 **添加奖励**.
4. 从以下选项中选择： *预配置奖励* 或 *基于单位的奖励*.
5. 从下拉菜单中选择奖励或奖励单位及金额。
6. 选择 **添加**.

你在此添加的奖励在可用前可能会进入待处理期。适用哪个待处理期取决于奖励的配置方式：
