# 为 Advocate 设置域名

Advocate 可将您拥有的域名用于推荐计划的分享链接、微站和电子邮件。域名设置完成后，即可在您的任何计划中使用。

任何 [完整访问权限](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/invite-and-manage-users/advocate-team-member-roles-and-permissions.md) 团队成员都可以添加和管理新域名，并在您的计划中使用它们。计划经理只能使用他人设置的域名。

主要优势包括：

* **品牌一致性：** 将分享链接、微站和电子邮件中的通用域名替换为您自己的品牌名称，以实现统一外观。
* **提升信任度：** 品牌化链接更能建立用户信心，也更可能被点击，从而提升与您的推荐计划的互动。

**步骤 1：添加域名**

拥有完整访问权限的团队成员会从“设置”页面开始添加域名的流程。

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/34cff7cafbbfcd416778a35b63cb058c27bcda8b) **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在 *Advocate 设置* 部分下，选择 **自定义域名**.
3. 选择 **添加域名**.
4. 输入您要设置的域名名称。
   * 我们建议使用子域名。
5. 选择一个或多个域名配置。
   * 如果您只是想验证自己拥有该域名，则可跳过此步骤。如果您改变主意，之后还可以返回来为电子邮件或托管配置该域名。
6. 选择 **下一步**.

接下来，验证您拥有该域名并更新您的 DNS 记录。在开始将该域名用于您的计划之前，必须完成此步骤。

**步骤 2：更新您的 DNS 记录**

在您可将此域名用于计划之前，必须先验证所有权。

1. 按照屏幕上的说明验证该域名的所有权。
   * 要访问您的 DNS 设置，您需要域名管理者的协助。
2. 更新以下内容的 DNS 设置： *托管身份验证*, *电子邮件身份验证*，或两者都更新。
3. 选择 **完成**.
4. 更新 DNS 设置后 48 小时，再返回此屏幕进行检查，以确认设置已完成：

   1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/34cff7cafbbfcd416778a35b63cb058c27bcda8b) **\[用户资料] → 设置 → 自定义域名**.

   3. 在……下 *验证连接*，选择 **检查状态**.

拥有完整访问权限的团队成员和计划经理现在可以将此域名用于微站、电子邮件或分享链接。用于微站的域名不能重复用于分享链接。

将域名添加到微站将替换默认域名（`companyname.advocate.impact.com`).

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[Engage] → 内容**.
2. 在 *Microsite* 卡片中，选择 **编辑设置**.
3. 请确保 *网站托管* 设置为 ![](/files/3980f01ba7b178cc917bfb7b270feb4fac2992c6) **\[已开启]**.
4. 在……下 **自定义域名**，然后从下拉列表中选择您的域名。
   * 如果没有看到您预期的域名，请联系拥有完整访问权限的团队成员，确认域名设置流程已完成。
5. 选择 **保存**.

**用于电子邮件时**

将域名添加到您的电子邮件中将替换默认电子邮件地址。

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[Engage] → 内容**.
2. 选择 **编辑电子邮件** 在 *电子邮件* 卡片以打开编辑器。
3. 选择您要添加域名的电子邮件名称。
4. 关闭菜单以查看编辑画布。
5. 选择 **编辑** 位于……右侧 **联系信息** 标题。
6. 从 **发件人地址** 下拉菜单中选择您的域名。
7. 选择 **保存**.

**用于分享链接时**

**重要：** 用于分享链接的域名不能重复用于微站。将域名添加到您的分享链接后，当客户推荐者发送其推荐分享链接时，将替换默认域名。

2. 在 *Advocate 设置* 部分下，选择 **常规**.
3. 在 *租户设置* 部分中，从 **主分享链接域名** 下拉菜单中选择您的域名。
   * 如果您还想设置次级分享链接，请联系我们的 [支持团队](mailto:saasquatch-support@impact.com) 以获取更多信息。次级分享链接可让您为公司中的其他品牌添加更多域名。
4. 选择 **保存**.
