# 我的账户为什么被停用？

impact.com 会自动暂停那些在 impact.com 费用付款或合作伙伴付款方面逾期超过 40 天的品牌账户。

## 暂停对您的影响

* 您对 impact.com 平台的访问权限将受到限制。您只能登录， [联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)，以及 [将资金存入您的资金账户](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md).
* 当您的账户处于暂停状态时，您的账户操作（例如跟踪、冲销、订阅和 FTP）将继续正常运行。

## 如何恢复完整的账户访问权限
