# 为什么我的账户被暂停？

如果品牌账户在 impact.com 费用支付或合作伙伴付款方面逾期超过 60 天，impact.com 会自动暂停该账户。

#### 暂停对您的影响

* 您对 impact.com 平台的访问权限受限。您只能登录， [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)，以及 [向您的资金账户存入资金](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md).
* 在您的账户被暂停期间，跟踪、冲正、订阅和 FTP 等账户操作仍可继续使用。

#### 如何恢复完整的账户访问权限

* [进行存款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md) 到您的 impact.com 账户中，金额应足以覆盖全部逾期余额。
* 一旦付款记入您的资金账户，平台访问权限将自动恢复。

#### 延迟付款的后果

* 进一步延迟付款可能会导致您的账户被移交催收。
* 您的账户将面临停用风险。
