# 如何关闭我的品牌账户？

在关闭账户之前，请按照以下简单步骤操作：

#### 步骤 1：使活跃合同到期
要一次性使所有活跃合同到期，请前往您的 *我的合作伙伴* 页面中进行设置。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合作伙伴 → 合作伙伴**.
2. 在筛选条件下方，选择  **\[已勾选复选框] 全选** → **合同 → 终止**.
3. 在 *失效* 页面，配置选项，然后选择 **失效**.
* 您也可以选择 **撤回所有切换** 以防止合同切换，并留下 **评论** 说明您打算离开 impact.com 平台。

4. 仔细阅读警告提示，然后选择 **我了解，继续** 以使您合作伙伴的合同到期。

#### 步骤 2：确认财务义务已结清
在所有未结清和待处理费用结清之前，您的账户无法停用。您需要为账户充值足够资金，以结清所有费用，之后 impact.com 才能停用您的账户。
如果在您的付款全部处理完毕后，账户中仍有余额，impact.com 将退还差额。请填写 [退款授权表](https://res.cloudinary.com/product-enablement/image/upload/v1755499933/Finance%20\(Invoices\)%20PDFs/AF_3_Client_refund_TEMPLATE.pdf) 并将其附在 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml).
1. 要查看待处理付款，请选择  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待处理付款 → 操作**.
* 在 *待处理付款* 页面，通过按需批准或拒绝操作来结清所有待处理操作的付款状态。

2. 要查看账户余额，请在顶部导航栏中选择 **您的余额** **→ 概览**.
* 请确保您现有的余额足以覆盖 *所需资金* 金额。

#### 步骤 3：删除产品目录
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage] → 内容 → 产品 → 产品目录**.
2. 将光标悬停在 *绩效* 列中，选择  **\[更多] → 删除**.

#### 步骤 4：申请关闭账户
账户结清后，您应等待最后一个 [操作锁定](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/getting-started/set-action-locking-and-payment-scheduling-periods.md) 日期过去，然后提交支持工单以申请关闭您的账户。只需提交一条 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml) 详细说明您的请求。impact.com 在停用您的账户之前会对其进行最终审核。

账户关闭后，我的合同会怎样？
当 impact.com 关闭您的品牌账户时，您与合作伙伴的所有合同都将到期，自关闭之日起的任何操作都将被拒绝。
账户关闭后，链接会怎样？
如果您的合作伙伴媒体资源上仍发布着推广链接，而客户点击该链接，他们应会收到一条错误消息，提示链接已过期，或者被引导至无效页面。如果该链接仍然有效，则不会进行归因或跟踪，且该操作将被拒绝。
