# 我如何关闭我的品牌账户？

在关闭账户之前，请按照以下简单快捷的步骤操作：

#### 步骤 1：使活跃合同到期
要一次性使所有活跃合同到期，请前往你的 *我的合作伙伴* 页面上的付款方式。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → Partners → Partners**.
2. 在筛选器下方，选择  **\[已勾选复选框] 全选** → **合同 → 到期**.
3. 在 *过期* 界面，配置选项，然后选择 **过期**.
* 你也可以选择 **撤销所有切换** 以防止合同切换，并留下一个 **评论** 说明你打算离开 impact.com 平台。

4. 仔细阅读警告提示，然后选择 **我了解，继续** 以使你的合作伙伴合同到期。

#### 步骤 2：确认财务义务已结清
在所有未结和待处理费用结清之前，你的账户无法停用。你需要为账户充值足够金额，以便在 impact.com 停用你的账户之前结清所有费用。
如果在你所有付款清算后，账户中仍有余额，impact.com 将把差额退还给你。请填写 [退款授权表](https://res.cloudinary.com/product-enablement/image/upload/v1755499933/Finance%20\(Invoices\)%20PDFs/AF_3_Client_refund_TEMPLATE.pdf) 并将其附加到 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml).
1. 要查看待处理付款，请选择  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待处理支付 → 操作**.
* 在 *待处理支付* 界面，通过按需批准或拒绝操作来结清所有待处理操作的支付状态。

2. 要查看账户余额，请在顶部导航栏中选择 **您的余额** **→ 概览**.
* 确保你现有的余额足以覆盖 *所需资金* 金额。

#### 步骤 3：删除产品目录
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage] → 内容 → 产品 → 产品目录**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在 *Performance* 列末尾，选择  **\[更多] → 删除**.
1. 对每个目录重复此步骤，直到删除所有产品目录。

#### 步骤 4：申请关闭账户
在账户清理完成后，你应等待最后一个 [操作锁定](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/readme/set-action-locking-and-payment-scheduling-periods.md) 日期过去，然后提交支持工单申请关闭你的账户。只需提交一份 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml) 详细说明你的请求。impact.com 会在停用你的账户之前对其进行最终审核。

我的账户关闭后，合同会怎样？
当 impact.com 关闭你的品牌账户时，你与合作伙伴的所有合同都将到期，自关闭之日起的任何操作都会被拒绝。
我的账户关闭后，链接会怎样？
如果你仍在合作伙伴的媒体资产上的任何位置发布了推广链接，而客户点击了该链接，他们应会收到一条错误消息，提示该链接已过期，或者被引导到一个失效页面。如果该链接仍然有效，则不会进行任何计费或跟踪，并且该操作将被拒绝。
