# 如何关闭我的品牌账户？

在关闭账户之前，请按照以下快速简便步骤操作：

#### 步骤 1：使活跃合同失效
要一次使所有活跃合同失效，请访问您的 *我的合作伙伴* 界面中进行设置。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → Partners → Partners**.
2. 在筛选器下方，选择  **\[复选框] 全选** → **合同 → 到期**.
3. 在……上 *过期* 屏幕中，配置选项，然后选择 **过期**.
* 另外，您可能还想 **撤销所有切换** 以防止合同切换，并留下 **评论** 说明您打算离开 impact.com 平台。

#### 步骤 2：确认财务义务已结清
在所有未结清和待处理费用结清之前，您的账户无法停用。您需要向账户充值足够金额，以便在 impact.com 停用您的账户之前结清所有费用。
如果在您的所有付款都已清算后，您的账户中仍有余额，impact.com 将退还差额。请填写 [退款授权表](https://res.cloudinary.com/product-enablement/image/upload/v1755499933/Finance%20\(Invoices\)%20PDFs/AF_3_Client_refund_TEMPLATE.pdf) 并将其附在 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml).
1. 要查看待处理付款，请选择  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待支付款项 → 操作**.
* 在……上 *待支付款项* 屏幕，通过根据需要批准或拒绝操作，结清所有待处理操作的支付状态。

1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage] → 内容 → 商品 → 商品目录**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在 *绩效* 在表格末尾的列中，选择  **\[更多] → 删除**.

#### 步骤 4：请求关闭账户
一旦您的账户已清理完毕，您应等待最后一个 [操作锁定](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/getting-started/set-action-locking-and-payment-scheduling-periods.md) 日期过去，然后提交支持工单请求关闭您的账户。只需提交一份 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml) 详细说明您的请求。impact.com 将在停用您的账户之前对其进行最终审核。

我的账户关闭后，合同会怎样？
当 impact.com 关闭您的品牌账户时，您与合作伙伴的所有合同都将失效，并且从关闭日期起的任何操作都会被拒绝。
我的账户关闭后，链接会怎样？
如果您仍在任何合作伙伴媒体资产上发布了推广链接，而客户点击了该链接，他们应会收到一条错误消息，说明该链接已失效，或者被引导至无效页面。如果该链接仍然有效，则不会进行任何归因或跟踪，并且该操作将被拒绝。
