# 如何关闭我的品牌账户？

在关闭您的账户之前，请按照以下简单快捷的步骤操作：

#### 步骤 1：使生效中的合同到期
要一次性使所有生效中的合同到期，请访问您的 *我的合作伙伴* 界面。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合作伙伴 → 合作伙伴**.
2. 在筛选条件下方，选择  **\[已勾选复选框] 全选** → **合同 → 到期**.
3. 在 *过期* 屏幕，配置选项，然后选择 **过期**.
* 您也可以选择 **撤销所有切换** 以防止合同切换，并留下一个 **评论** 说明您打算离开 impact.com 平台。

#### 步骤 2：确认财务义务已结清
在所有未结清和待处理费用结清之前，您的账户无法停用。您需要向账户充值足够的金额，以在 impact.com 停用您的账户之前结清所有费用。
如果在您的所有付款结清后账户中仍有余额，impact.com 将退还差额。请填写 [退款授权表格](https://res.cloudinary.com/product-enablement/image/upload/v1755499933/Finance%20\(Invoices\)%20PDFs/AF_3_Client_refund_TEMPLATE.pdf) 并将其附在一份 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml).
1. 要查看待处理付款，请选择  **\[Engage] → 交易 → 待付款项 → 操作**.
* 在 *待付款项* 在该屏幕上，根据需要通过批准或拒绝操作来结清所有待处理操作的付款状态。

当 impact.com 关闭您的品牌账户时，您与合作伙伴的所有合同都将到期，自关闭日期起的任何操作都将被拒绝。
我的账户关闭后，链接会怎样？
如果您仍在任何合作伙伴媒体资产上发布着推广链接，且客户点击该链接，他们应收到一条错误消息，提示该链接已过期，或者被引导至失效页面。如果该链接仍然有效，则不会进行归因或追踪，且该操作将被拒绝。
