# 在合作伙伴注册页面添加调查问卷

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料]** → **设置**.
2. 在右侧，位于 *品牌*下，选择 **合作伙伴注册页面**.
3. 在 *调查*,  **\[打开切换按钮]** **提出自定义问题**.
4. 在 **选择调查**  **\[下拉菜单]**中，选择您要添加的调查。
5. 选择 **保存**.
