模板条款是在 impact.com 中创建的，用以确立你与合作伙伴之间的条款。当你创建模板条款时，你会设置要支付的事件类型、默认支付、支付调整、操作锁定等。

impact.com 上的每个品牌都有一个 **公共模板条款**，它在入驻过程中创建。这些作为你的 *默认* 条款，你可以 [基于它们创建自定义模板条款](https://help.impact.com/brand/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/configure-public-facing-template-term-visibility) 。

你也可以将你自己的（或上传的） **自定义条款** 添加到 impact.com 中，然后将其添加到你的模板条款中。

* **合同** 是在合作伙伴同意你的条款时你的模板条款的一个实例。impact.com 会为每个接受你条款的合作伙伴创建一份个人合同，合同包含模板条款中指定的所有细节。

#### 公共与私有模板条款

在入驻过程中，你很可能创建了第一组模板条款，这些是公共的——它们是合作伙伴在市场中查看你（如启用时）时会看到的默认模板条款。impact.com 要求至少有一组默认的公共模板条款。不过，你可以拥有 [多个活动的公共模板条款集合](https://help.impact.com/brand/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/configure-public-facing-template-term-visibility) 同时存在。

私有合同可以是全新的，也可以基于你的公共模板条款但包含不同和/或额外的条款，例如为高表现合作伙伴提供更优惠的支付费率。私有合同有助于为特定合作伙伴或合作伙伴群体提供精细调整的优惠。
