# 管理创作者营销活动申请人

#### 查找活动申请者

2. 在 *活动管理员* 屏幕上，您可以查看当前活跃的活动 *有效* 选项卡。
3. 将鼠标悬停在您想管理的活动上并选择 **管理活动**.
4. 要查看所有新申请者，请确保您处于 **申请者 → 已申请** 选项卡。
   * 要查找特定申请者，请在中输入申请者的姓名、ID、社交媒体账号或电子邮件地址 **搜索栏**.
   * 要按传记信息（例如性别、年龄和种族）筛选申请者，请选择 **更多筛选条件**.
5. 上传 [查看申请者的个人资料](https://help.impact.com/brand/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/creator-program/working-with-creators/view-a-creators-profile)，选择他们的 **名称**.

#### 批准或拒绝活动申请者

4. 将鼠标悬停在您想要批准的申请者上，然后选择 **聘用**.
   * 或者，要拒绝该申请者，请选择 **拒绝**.

#### 批量处理活动申请者
