# Creator FAQs for Sellers

If you run a Seller program on impact.com for Amazon or other retailers[^1], you can use [Creator features](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program.md) to engage influencers and scale your sales on those retailer sites.

Typically, brands on impact.com access Creator features through a dedicated Creator program, which they may run alongside other program types. However, with Seller, Creator features live inside your program so you can promote your products at retail using Creator capabilities.

<details>

<summary>Who is eligible for Creator capabilities?</summary>

Creator features are available to all Seller programs on the Essentials edition and above. Creator capabilities apply to both [Amazon Seller](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/seller-program/amazon-seller-program.md) and other [Retailer Seller](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/seller-program/beta-seller-for-retailers/im-a-brand.md) programs.

<details>

<summary>Which Creator features do I have access to?</summary>

The specific Creator features you have access to depend on your subscription; if the impact.com account hosting your Seller program includes Creator Premium on its edition, Premium features will be available. Otherwise, Premium features remain locked.

* **Included Creator features:** Available with every Seller program by default, at no extra charge.
* **Creator Premium:** A paid subscription that unlocks additional Creator features for your program.

See [Compare Included & Premium Features](/other/included-creator-and-advocate-features/compare-included-and-premium-features.md) for a full feature breakdown.

<summary>How do I build Creator campaigns to drive to my store on the retailer's site?</summary>

You can build Creator campaigns from your [*Campaign Manager*](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/campaigns/influencer-campaign-manager-flow.ihtml). The navigation works the same as if you were in a Creator program. For a guided walkthrough, see [Configure a Creator Campaign](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-a-creator-campaign.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Will I have access to Creator campaign reporting?</summary>

Yes. You have full visibility into the performance of Creator campaigns driving to Seller program destinations. Learn which [Creator Reports](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-reports/creator-reports-overview.md) are available.

<details>

<summary>Is product gifting supported for Seller programs?</summary>

Yes, manual product gifting is a standard compensation option in Creator campaigns, and is available to you by default. You'll be able to specify products from your Seller program catalog that you want creators to choose from. To learn more, see [Configure Product Gifting for Your Creator Campaign](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-product-gifting-for-your-creator-campaign.md).

{% hint style="success" %}
**Note:** *Automated* product gifting relies on a Shopify integration and is not available for Seller programs.
{% endhint %}

<details>

<summary>Can my creators use Storefronts to showcase my Seller program products?</summary>

It depends on your subscription. [Storefronts](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/working-with-creators/creator-storefronts-for-brands/storefronts-explained-for-brands.md) is a Creator Premium feature, so it's available if your impact.com account subscription includes Creator Premium.

<details>

<summary>Can I use Meta amplification to boost creator content for my Seller program?</summary>

[Meta amplification](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/working-with-creators/amplify-your-creator-ads/boost-ads-with-meta-amplification-for-brands.md) is available for Amazon Seller programs, but not enabled by default.

{% hint style="success" icon="flask" %}
**Beta:** Meta amplification is in closed beta. To join, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or impact.com [support](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true).
{% endhint %}

<details>

<summary>Will my creators be able to earn stacked commissions?</summary>

Stacked commissions allow a partner to be rewarded by both the seller and the retailer for driving a single purchase. There are no platform limitations preventing stacked commissioning for Seller creators, but limitations on the side of the retailer may still exist.

For example, our current beta retailers don't yet have Creator programs connected to Seller, so any creators wanting to earn stacked commissions must be joined to the retailer's Performance program instead.

Future retailers may choose to tie Seller tracking to their Creator programs, which would make creators eligible to earn stacked commissions by being joined to their Creator program.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Stacked commissions are **not supported for Amazon Seller partners or creators**. For other Retailer Seller partnerships, stacked commissions are supported but can depend on the retailer's setup.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/seller-program/creator-faqs-for-sellers.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
