Sign Up for a Seller Program as a Brand
This guide walks you through joining impact.com as a seller. You will sign up through a retailer’s signup link, then create a new Seller program for each retailer you work with. Creating a Seller program lets you work with partners to promote your products on the retailer’s platform, attract new customers, and increase sales.
Sign up with the retailer link
Open the retailer’s signup link.
On the Sign Up page, create a new impact.com account by entering the Email Address you want linked to your account.
Select Sign Up.
Important: If you have an existing impact.com brand account, you can Sign In instead. This lets you add your new Seller program to your existing account and manage everything in one place. You can skip steps 2-3 and pick up from step 4: Complete the checklist.
Enter your Personal information
Provide the following information for your personal member-level account login:
First & Last Name
Enter your first and last names.
Mobile Number
Enter a cell number impact.com can use for 2FA of your account.
Username
Enter a unique username to log in to your new impact.com account with.
Password
Enter a strong password for your account.
Select Continue.
Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive on your cell number, then Continue.
Enter your Company information
Provide the following information for the company or brand you represent:
Company Name
Enter the name of your brand.
Company Website
Enter the domain of your company’s website property.
Country / Region
Use the [Drop-down menu] to indicate the primary geographical location from which your company operates.
Currency
Use the [Drop-down menu] to select the currency you want to use when funding your account and paying partners.
Timezone
Use the [Drop-down menu] to select the timezone the system should apply to your account for purposes like report scheduling.
Street Address 1 & 2
Enter the physical address of your business.
City
Enter the city in which your business primarily operates.
State
If relevant, use the [Drop-down menu] to select the state in which your business primarily operates.
Zip / Postal Code
Enter the zip or postal code associated with your business’s address.
Terms and Conditions
Review impact.com’s terms and conditions for usage. Select the [Check box] to indicate acceptance of the terms.
Privacy Policy
Review the privacy policy. Select the [Check box] to indicate acceptance of the policy.
Select Continue → Continue.
You may need to wait a few seconds for the system to create your account.
Complete the checklist

If applicable, View (your) terms to make sure you’ve set up everything correctly during signup.
If you’re happy with the terms, select Get Started.
Set up your program
Complete your program information:
Consumer Brand
Required
Use the [Drop-down menu] to select the merchant brands your company identifies with. The menu only shows merchants from the retailer’s product catalog.
Name
Required
This field indicates the name of your Seller program, and it will automatically populate based on the merchant name you selected and the naming standard defined by your retailer.
Storefront URL
Required
Enter the URL of the page you want to direct traffic to by default, e.g., your brand page on the retailer’s platform.
Tell us about your brand
Required
Using 250 characters or less, leave a description of what your brand sells. This helps marketplace partners decide if they want to work with you.
Logo
Required
Upload your logo in a supported format (png, jpeg, jpg, or gif). We recommend a resolution of 150x400 for optimal visibility to partners in the marketplace.
Service Areas
Required
Use the [Drop-down menu] to select all countries / regions where your company operates.
Primary / Secondary Category
Required / Optional
Use the [Drop-down menus] to select the primary and secondary industries that best describe your company. Providing this information helps aligned partners find your program faster.
Does your business offer any of the following?
Optional
Some partners have restrictions on what they promote. Select any [Check boxes] that apply to your business to help match with suitable partners.
Search Keywords
Required
Create an SEO list for marketplace searches. Separate keywords with commas and don’t include spaces. Maximum characters: 145.
Partner Business Model
Required
Use the [Drop-down menu] to select all partner types you’re open to working with, e.g., creators.
Features you’re offering
Optional
Select the [Check boxes] to indicate which opportunities you plan to offer your partners.
Select Next.
Review your products
Your products are automatically imported from the retailer’s catalog. Check the list for any errors.
If you notice an error, Contact us.
Leave a message describing the issue, then Send Message.
Select Next.
Wait for program approval
Before you start, your new Seller program must be approved by the retailer. While you wait, Go to dashboard to get familiar with the tools and features available to you.
