Amazon Seller Reporting Explained for Brands

As a seller, you can access impact.com’s standard range of performance reports in addition to Amazon Seller-specific reports. Unlike the performance reports that contain aggregated metrics and insights, these reports contain raw data directly from Amazon.

What’s different with Amazon Seller reports

When viewing Amazon Seller reports, keep the following considerations in mind:

  • Click traffic will only display after the first 10 clicks are recorded on a tracking link.

  • Conversions will only display after a minimum of 10 clicks are recorded and after the first sale.

  • There may be a delay of up to 2 days before conversion and traffic data appear.

  • Conversion data is aggregated by day, then by product, then by partner.

  • There may be a discrepancy in click count when comparing with standard reports, because standard reports use impact.com's tracking while Amazon Seller reports rely on Amazon’s click data.

Access your reports

  1. From the left navigation menu, select [Engage] → Reports → More Reports.

  2. From the Category filter next to the search bar, select Performance.

    • You should see the following reports:

    This report shows you basic performance metrics for your Seller program, aggregated by partner. Metrics include clicks, product detail page views, add-to-carts, product purchases, and sales.

    This report shows you your product performance and gives detailed data on impressions, clicks, product sales, and conversion rates per product.

    • To pin your Seller reports to your left navigation menu for quick access, hover over the row and select Pin.

    • Once you open a report, you can use the icons in the upper-right to [Unpin] the report, [Schedule] it to be delivered on a specific cadence, [Download] it in PDF, Excel, or CSV format, or [Export] it via API.
