# Process Partners in Bulk & Reverse Rejections

## Process partners in bulk

While on the *New* tab of the *Applications* screen, you can filter for applicants and then use the check box to select all partners on the screen, or select partners individually and process them in bulk. You can also bulk group pending applications to help organize the list of pending applications. Any details you provide (e.g., contract start date, message, reject reason, etc.) apply to all partners selected.

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-230534471fef5f40808e921e41ee44e4a06ded03%2Fe6cb9548999afdc1ed3ce4942e4cb5b45b5cecbd323267aac2a7cd1915fccc09.svg?alt=media) **\[Engage] → Partners →** [**Applications**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/activity/adv-manage-pending-public-ios-v2-flow.ihtml).
2. On the *Applications* screen, ensure you're on the **New** tab.
3. Select your applicants by hovering your cursor over each partner's name and selecting the ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-b5e1740618ed6571d97b8fed7c25a7678f85d375%2F299632fb6f4f91fbf9847471754cc6180e4284a65b4960af4c4ea472a159f552.svg?alt=media) **\[Checkbox]** next to their name.
   * Alternatively, search the name of the partners and select their respective checkboxes.
4. At the top of the list, select **Accept** (or **Reject**).
   * You can also **Group** to bulk group pending applications. When you return to the application screen, you can quickly filter by the group and take further action (e.g., bulk accept all pending applications in the selected group).
5. In the *Accept* (or *Reject*) modal, select the contextual button (**Accept** or **Reject**) to complete the bulk action.

**Important:** Any counter-proposals where partners have slotting fees will not be included in a bulk auto-accept action.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Reduce your application backlog:** The [*Run Automation*](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/review-partner-applications/automate-partner-application-processing/create-workflows-to-automatically-process-partner-applications.md) button, in the upper right, allows you to process applications periodically to help reduce your application backlog. The button will appear greyed-out if a workflow is busy processing. This may take some time if you need to process a lot of applications. You can also automate accepting and declining partners to your program using Automated Rules.
{% endhint %}

## Change your decision on a processed application

If an application was accepted or rejected in error, either by you or by automation, you can change that decision from the *Processed* tab of the *Applications* screen.

### **Accept a rejected application**

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-230534471fef5f40808e921e41ee44e4a06ded03%2Fe6cb9548999afdc1ed3ce4942e4cb5b45b5cecbd323267aac2a7cd1915fccc09.svg?alt=media) **\[Engage] →** **Partners →** [**Applications**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/activity/adv-manage-pending-public-ios-v2-flow.ihtml).

6. Read the warning prompt carefully, then select **I understand, continue**.

The partner receives the standard expiration notification for the program.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/review-partner-applications/process-partners-in-bulk-and-reverse-rejections.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
