Understand Partner Relationship Statuses

Knowing what each partner status means helps you track your recruitment efforts and take the right actions when managing participants in your program.

A partner's status can mean different things depending on the context. For example, the term Active might refer to their general standing in the Marketplace, the state of their legal contract with you, or their recent performance in your program. Each of these is distinct and signals something different.

This guide clarifies where you’ll encounter partner statuses across the platform and what each one means in context. Jump to the section that matches where you’re working in the platform:

These statuses indicate the activity level of partners in the marketplace.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Discover]Partner MarketplaceAll Partners.
