Get a List of Your Partners
If you need to reach out to your partners or sync their data with another tool (like an email service), you can easily export their details from impact.com. Choose one of the methods below depending on whether you need a full data list of each partner, basic contact info, or partner group details.

Download your Partner Listing report
Download the Partner Listing report for detailed information about all partners joined to your program. You can choose what format you want the list to download in and what data to include in the download.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Reports → More Reports.
Select Category, then select Operations
[Unchecked box].
Scroll down to the Partner Listing report.
Use the report filters and column picker to add or remove fields from the download. See the references below for more details.
In the top-right corner, select
[Download].
Select a format for the download file: PDF, Excel, or CSV.
Download your Partner Contact List report
Download the Partner Contact List report to get quick access to the names, email addresses, and contact numbers of all your partners.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Partners → Partners.
In the top-right corner, select
[Reports] → Partner Contact List.
Use the report filters and column picker to add or remove fields from the download. See the references below for more details.
In the top-right corner, select
[Download].
Select a format for the download file: PDF, Excel, or CSV.
Alternatively, if you want to quickly download the list in CSV format:
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Partners → Partners.
In the top-right corner, select Download Partner Email List.
Download a partner group email list
Download the email list of a specific partner group if you're planning targeted outreach. Learn how to create a partner group.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Partners → Groups.
Find the partner group you want to contact.
Hover your cursor over the group, then select [More] → Download Email List.
This list will always be in CSV format.
