# Set Your Business Hours & Away Message

You can set in-app messaging business hours and an away message. When you do, any user who messages you outside of your business hours will automatically receive an away message. #### Set your business hours and away message

1. From the top navigation bar, select ![](/files/2qeX6EqajzdOPiwzfeV5) **\[User profile]** → **Settings**
2. On the right, under *General*, select **Messaging**.
3. On the right of the page, ![](/files/OoA2qxPalfCYKZvmxuU6) **\[Toggle on]** to specify your *Business Hours*.
4. Select your time zone and business hours on the form.
5. Type your away message into the **Away Message** text area.
6. Select **Save** at the bottom of the page to save your settings.
