# Manage Your Messaging Templates

This article will explain how to manage your [messaging templates](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/messaging-templates/create-a-messaging-template.md).

1. 2. Select the ![](/files/2UBIaZ4rC68uB64ftE82) **\[Columns]** on the right of the screen to add or remove columns from the table.

   | Column          | Description                                                 |
   | --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
   | Name            | The name of the template.                                   |
   | Updated Date    | The date the template was updated.                          |
   | Last Updated by | The last account user to have made changes to the template. |
3. Hover your cursor over a template if you want to make changes to it and select **Edit**.
4. Optionally, hover your cursor over a template and select ![](/files/mQTDSmR70Q3Eybmgev6e) **\[More]** to **Send Test Email** or **Delete** it.
