# Manage Your Messaging Templates

This article will explain how to manage your [messaging templates](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/messaging-templates/create-a-messaging-template).

1. 2. Select the ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-55f9a4ba17f1edde22510bc766728b311864c461%2Feaf620c7b74ff071d06c5e1b12bb1bd184361280cdc0ea896c3f8058c11b8532.svg?alt=media) **\[Columns]** on the right of the screen to add or remove columns from the table.

   | Column          | Description                                                 |
   | --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
   | Name            | The name of the template.                                   |
   | Updated Date    | The date the template was updated.                          |
   | Last Updated by | The last account user to have made changes to the template. |
3. Hover your cursor over a template if you want to make changes to it and select **Edit**.
4. Optionally, hover your cursor over a template and select ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-8ec3e877b1397045c61d394485e72ac4d93120ee%2Fc6ddb46c637059f06e86c790a911217a9428f5c47b5efef046f90555e85b03cd.svg?alt=media) **\[More]** to **Send Test Email** or **Delete** it.
