# Email a Partner
Use emails to easily communicate with partners. Correspond with partners about upcoming changes to your program, special promotions, and more. ## Email a partner
Use this method to email a partner currently or previously joined to your program.
1. From the left navigation bar, select  **\[Engage] → Partners →** [**Partners**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
* Alternatively for creators, select  **\[Engage] → Partners →** [**Creators**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
2. Use the search bar and filters at the top of the page to locate the partner you want to email.
3. Select their **name** to see more.
4. In the details window that appears, select the **email address** or  **\[Email]**.
5. Compose your email and **Send** it to the partner.
## Bulk email partners
Use this method to simultaneously email multiple partners currently or previously joined to your program.
1. From the left navigation bar, select  **\[Engage] → Partners →** [**Partners**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
* Alternatively for creators, select  **\[Engage] → Partners →** [**Creators**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
2. In the upper-right corner, select  **\[More]** → **Export Partner List**.
* Alternatively for creators, select  **\[More]** → **Export Creator List**.
3. A .CSV file containing the email details of all your partners will download to your device. Locate the file in your downloads and open it with a spreadsheet application.
4. Copy the contents of the *Email* column and paste this in the *To* field of an email draft.
5. Compose your email and **Send** it to all partners.
## Email an applicant
Use this method to email an unjoined partner about their application to your program.
1. From the left navigation bar, select  **\[Engage] → Partners →** [**Applications**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/activity/adv-manage-pending-public-ios-v2-flow.ihtml).
2. Find the partner you're interested in and select **their name**.
3. From the slide-out, select the  **\[Email icon]** and proceed with the following steps:
1. Enter the **From name** that the recipients will see when they receive the email.
2. Enter the **Reply to email** address that the recipient will contact when they respond to this email.
3. Enter the **Subject** of this email.
4. In the *Content* section, use the WYSIWYG[^1] editor to create or edit your email content. Hover over the icons to view formatting and content options (e.g., to upload an attachment, select  **\[File]** and drop your file).
4. Optionally, select **Show special token options**. This allows you to embed special tokens that dynamically populate values into your email content.

5. Select **Send**.
Special token reference
| Token | Description |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| {adcode\} | The ad code for a particular ad (example: {adcode\_12}). |
| {mpid} | The partner ID (e.g., 98765). |
| {mpname} | The partner company name. |
| {firstName} | The first name of the partner account user (e.g., John). |
| {lastName} | The last name of the partner account user (e.g., Doe). |
| {currentDay} | The current day (e.g., January 19, 2038). |
| {currentTime} | The current time including seconds (e.g., 19-Jan-2038 03:14:08 UTC). |
| {currentMonthYear} | The current month and year (e.g., January 2038). |
