# Email a Partner

Use emails to easily communicate with partners. Correspond with partners about upcoming changes to your program, special promotions, and more. #### Email via Partners screen

1. 2. Use the search bar and filters at the top of the page to locate the partner you want to email.
3. Select their **name** to see more.
4. 5. Compose your email and **Send** it to the partner.

#### Email partners in bulk

1. 2. In the upper-right corner, select **Download Partner Email List**.

3. A .CSV file containing the email details of all your partners will download to your device. Locate the file in your downloads and open it with a spreadsheet application.
4. Copy the contents of the *Email* column and paste this in the *To* field of an email draft.
5. Compose your email and **Send** it to all partners.
