| ------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Click Spamming | Generating a high volume of clicks that are often automated or forced without genuine user intent to claim commission credit for traffic that never had real purchase intent. |
| Suspicious Traffic | High volumes of clicks without corresponding conversions, automated bot traffic, or evidence of cookie-stuffing. |
| Ad Hijacking / Trademark (TM) Bidding | Unauthorized bidding on your brand's trademarked keywords or replacing your brand's search ads with their tracking links. |
| Impersonation | Operating unauthorized websites, social profiles, or assets pretending to represent your brand or another verified entity. |
| Misrepresentation | Promoting false claims, fake pricing, or outdated product descriptions that mislead customers. |
| Offer & Coupon Abuse | Sharing exclusive, expired, or fake promo codes without authorization, resulting in cart abandonment and margin loss. |
| Fake Signups / Leads | Filling out lead generation or subscription forms with fraudulent, stolen, or fake contact details to earn commissions. |
| Inappropriate Content | Promoting the brand alongside content that is offensive, illegal, adult, contains hate-speech, or is highly controversial. |
| Stand Down Violation | Specific to Extension Partners: the extension fires or pops up and promotes its own offer even though another affiliate's click already exists in the session, overriding that partner's rightful attribution. |
| Cookie Stuffing / Attribution Fraud | Dropping tracking cookies on a user's browser with no genuine click or interaction at all (e.g., forced pixels, hidden iframes), falsely claiming credit for conversions the partner had no real role in. |
| Conversion Spoofing / Fake Actions | Fabricating or manipulating conversion events such as fake orders, tampered postbacks, replayed data to trigger commission payouts that shouldn't exist. |
| Other | Any other breach of contract, compliance standard, or policy not covered by the above options. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/protect-and-monitor-your-performance-program/report-a-partner.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
