# Action Risk Listing
This report offers a snapshot of actions that have been attributed by ‘high-risk’ clicks, if you've selected either *moderate* or *relaxed* [High Risk Traffic Filter settings](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/protect-and-monitor-your-performance-program/event-risk/filter-high-risk-traffic.md). The report gives you the opportunity to review high-risk actions before paying out to partners.
* *Lead* events have a higher risk of being invalid, especially if there is no user validation requirement or payment involved, because this allows them to be faked more easily. A small chance of false positives is always possible with risk detection, so it is advisable to cross-check these actions against their own risk data.
* *Sale* events are also at higher risk, even though they are harder to fake. The signals might indicate that the user is intentionally obscuring their identity, which could correlate with credit card fraud if a bad actor is using stolen information, or it could indicate a higher likelihood of a bad actor purchasing in order to resell at a higher value to take advantage of payouts.
## Access the report
1. From the left navigation bar, select  **\[Engage]** → **Reports →** [**More Reports**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/fr/all_reports.ihtml).
2. Select **Action Risk Listing** from the list of reports.
3. Once on the report page, use the filters at the top of the report, then select  **\[Search]** .

* You can use the icons at the top-right of the page to **\[Pin]**, **\[**[**Schedule**](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/data-lab-custom-reports/schedule-a-custom-report.md)**]**, or **\[**[**Download**](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/download-a-report.md)**]** (in PDF, Excel, or CSV format).
4. Finally, select a specific action to view the path data diagram, which shows the different events in the user journey like clicks, impressions, and sales.
Filter reference
| Filter | Description |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Date Range | Select start and end dates for the report to filter data by when it was created. You can specify up to a maximum of 366 days of data. |
| Network | Select the network that the data came from. |
| Include reason code(s) | Filter for the specific [reason an action was flagged](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/protect-and-monitor-your-performance-program/event-risk/reason-codes-reference.md). |
| Partner | Search for partners you'd like to add to the report, or select **All**. |
| Referral Domain | Search for the domain that referred the action, or leave blank to include all domains. |
| Action Status | Select the action statuses that you'd like to include in the report. |
| Event Type | Select a specific event type to view, or select **All**. |
| Shared Id | Enter the Shared Id for which you'd like to view actions. |

### Basic action details

| Action Id | The unique impact.com ID for the action. Select it to open the conversion path popup. |
| Order Id | The order ID (OID) of the action. |
| Action Datetime | The date and time of the action, in the brand's timezone. |
| Partner Id | The unique ID for the partner. |
| Partner Name | The name of the partner that drove the action. |
| Shared Id | The Shared ID passed with the action. |
| Referring Domain | The referring domain associated with the action. |
| Event Type Id | The ID of the event type. |
| Event Type Name | The name of the event type. |
| Action Status | The action's status: *Pending*, *Approved*, or *Reversed*. |
| Revenue | The revenue generated by the action. |
| Cost | The cost payable to the partner for the action. |
| Customer Id | The customer ID submitted by the brand. |
| Ref Datetime | The date and time of the referring click. |
| Ref Click Id | The click ID of the referring click. Use it to look up the click in the [Click Data report](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/listing-reports/click-data-report.md). |
| Click to Action Time | The time between the referring click and the action, in seconds. |
### Risk signals
Risk Level is a category. Each remaining signal column is a flag: 1 means the signal was detected, 0 means it was not. For details on each signal, see the [Reason Codes Reference](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/protect-and-monitor-your-performance-program/event-risk/reason-codes-reference.md).

| Risk Level | The confidence level of the strongest risk signal on the action: *Suspect*, *High*, or *Critical*. This is a category, not a 0/1 flag. |
| Ref Datacenter | Whether the referring click's IP address originated from a data center (1) or not (0). |
| Ref Request Anomaly | Whether the referring click's request had anomalies associated with non-human behavior (1) or not (0). |
| Ref Proxy | Whether the referring click's IP address is a known proxy or spammer (1) or not (0). |
| Ref IP Reputation | Whether the referring click's IP address has been historically flagged for suspicious behavior (1) or not (0). |
| Ref Domain Reputation | Whether the referring domain has been historically flagged for suspicious behavior (1) or not (0). |
| Datacenter | Whether the action's IP address originated from a data center (1) or not (0). |
| Proxy | Whether the action's IP address is a known proxy or spammer (1) or not (0). |
| IP Reputation | Whether the action's IP address has been historically flagged for suspicious behavior (1) or not (0). |
| Conversion Spoofing | Whether the action was detected as a spoofed (fake) conversion and automatically reversed (1) or not (0). Available from April 3, 2025 onward. ### Device and location details
These columns describe the referring click (Ref) and the conversion (Conv) separately.

| Ref Browser | The browser of the referring click. |
| Ref Browser Version | The browser version of the referring click. |
| Conversion Platform | The platform of the device used for the conversion. |
| Conversion Device Family | The device family used for the conversion. |
| Conversion Device | The device used for the conversion. |
| Conversion Device Version | The device version used for the conversion. |
| Conversion Browser | The browser used for the conversion. |
| Conversion Browser Version | The browser version used for the conversion. |
| Ref Country | The country derived from the referring click's IP address. |
