Action Listing by Locking Date Report

The Action Listing by Locking Date report provides a detailed view of actions based on their scheduled locking date. Use this report to track performance and upcoming payouts for click-based campaigns.

Manage the report

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] → Reports → More Reports.

  2. From the Category [Drop-down menu], select Listing [Unchecked box].

  3. Below the report title, filter for the data you want to view. Select Apply when you have your filters in place.

  4. You can[Pin],[Schedule],[Download], and[Exportarrow-up-right] the report using the buttons in the top-right corner of the screen.

  5. View your data in the report. Use the Table reference for more information.

Filter
Description

Date Range

Filter data by when it was created.

Partner

Select the partners for which you want to see data.

Action Status

Filter for actions at a specific stage in the approval process.

Event Type

Select the event type for which you want to view data.

Show

Add more data to your report, including CPC, Promo Code, Customer Id, and Payment Type data. These data points will get added to the table as columns after you select Apply.

Description

OID

Unique Order ID (OID) for the action.

Action Date

Date and time when the action was recorded.

Locking Date

The date the action locked. The action can no longer be modified once locked.

Scheduled Clearing Date

The date the payout is scheduled for.

Sale Amount

The total amount of the sale.

Payout

The total amount of the payout for the action.

Event Type

The tracking method that is applied to a defined action.

Partner ID

Unique ID for the partner.

Partner

Specifies the partner who drove the action.

CPC

Displays the Cost Per Click (CPC) events.

Promo Code

The promo code associated with the performance data.

Customer ID

Passed value to identify the associated customer.

Payment Type

How the customer paid for their order.
