# Recent & Upcoming Contracts Report

The **Recent & Upcoming Contracts Report** is where you can view contracts that have expired in the past 30 days or are set to expire in the next 30 days, as well as any pending contracts that are set to begin in the next 30 days.

#### Find the report

1. 2. In the **Name** search bar, enter "Recent and Upcoming Contracts," then select ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-3c5971fb7b03a98375488e97a4317afd60621298%2Fd0fbb4c2c189cdc83bc0eb8e906fa3cb66818d0a9daa1491ea48042160714ed2.svg?alt=media) **\[Search]**.
3. In the search results, select **Recent and Upcoming Contracts**.
4. From here, you can view the 2 sections of the report.
   * For more information on the *Contract Expirations* section of the report, see the *Contract Expirations reference* section below.
   * For more information on the *Upcoming Contracts* section of the report, see the *Upcoming Contract reference* section below.
   * Optionally, use the *Campaign* and *Partner* filters to refine your report results.

Contracts found here do not necessarily mean that your business relationship with a partner will end; if you are changing the contract that a partner signed to, the original contract will end (and appear here) before the new one begins (and will appear in the next section of the report).

| **Contract**            | Review the name of the Template Terms that governed your contract with that partner for that row.                                                                                                                   |
| **Contract Start Date** | View when that contract that governed your business relationship with a partner began.                                                                                                                              |
| **Contract End Date**   | See when the contract that governed your business relationship with a partner ended or is set to end.                                                                                                               |
| **Expired?**            | See if the contract that governed your business relationship with a partner has already ended or not. if *No* appears here, it will change to a *Yes* on the date and time found in the *Contract End Date* column. |

| **Contract End Date**   | View when the contract that will govern your business relationship with a partner is set to end. If empty, no expiration date is established for this contract at this point. |
