# Email a Custom Report

You can send a custom report via email by following the steps below:

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](/files/CDnwOBeIdds9r3Z6zTnO) **\[Engage]** → **Reports → More Reports**.
2. Select **Category** and filter for **Built** ![](/files/pJsLBrBDVoHbzf2iiL1a) **\[Unchecked box]**.
3. **Find and select** your custom report.
   * If you pinned the report, select **Reports → Custom →** your custom report.
4. In the top-right corner, select ![](/files/f5aB8af2pBXEG8l17bH3) **\[Share]**.
5. Select what **Format** the report should be sent in.
6. In the *Send To* field, enter the report recipient's **Email Address**.
7. Write a **Subject** and **Message** for the email.
8. Select **Send**.
