Download a Custom Report

Custom reports built in Data Lab let you pull the exact data you need, and once you've built one, you'll likely want to save or share it outside the platform. Custom reports cannot be retrieved via the Report API, but can be downloaded in-platform.

1. From the left navigation menu, select [Engage] → Reports → More Reports.
2. Select Category and filter for Data Lab Built [Unchecked box].
3. Find and select your custom report.

   • If you pinned the report, select Reports → Custom → your custom report.
4. In the top-right corner, select [Download].
5. Select the Format (CSV, Excel, or PDF) in which you want to download the report.

   • The report will be downloaded to your browser’s default downloads folder.

Important: When downloading a report as a PDF, only the visible page data is included—this is a limitation of the PDF format itself. For the complete report data, download as CSV or Excel instead.
