# impact.com Fees Explained for Brands

When you sign with impact.com, your contract stipulates an amount due for platform and product subscriptions as well as possible service fees. These fees are assessed each month and can be paid on a monthly, or annual basis.

**impact.com fees are deducted directly from your funding account when due, and take priority over all other payments**.
