Participation Bonus Report

The Participation Bonus Report will show you the amount you should send each partner via Partner Funds Transfer if you elect to send partners who did not win actions, but did contribute towards them, participation bonuses.

This report is part of the process to send participation bonuses to your partners. Learn how to generate participation bonuses.

Manage the report

This feature is only available with specific impact.com editions or add-ons. If you see the Optimize icon, your account is eligible for the upgrade. Select the icon and get the Optimize add-on directly in the platform!

1. From the left navigation bar, select [Optimize].
2. From the left navigation menu, select Payout → Participation Bonus.

   • Don't see this option? Reach out to your CSM (or create a support ticket) to get it added to your account.
3. Below Participation Bonus, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select [Search] when you have the filters in place that you want.

4. Below the filters, view the report.

Filter reference

Filter	Description
Date Range	Select the date range for which you want to view participation bonus data.
Commission Structure	Choose whether you want the participation bonuses displayed in the report to be a fixed amount or a percentage of the action's total payout.
Event Type	Pick the event type to which non-winning partners contributed towards actions. You must make a selection here.
Interaction Type	Select the participating partner's contribution level for which you want to view data.
Is Winner	Choose if you want to view data for all partners, winning partner, or just non-winning partners.
Partner	Select the specific partner(s) for which you want to view participation bonus data.
Payable Media	Pick the payable media for which you want to view payable data.
Referral Window	Select the referral window for data that will populate the report.
Winner Partner	If you only want to view data for actions that a specific partner won, select that partner here.
Partner Group	Pick the partner groups for which you want to view participation bonus data. You must make a selection here.
Partner Bonus	Enter what percent of the action's payout each non-winning partner will receive. So, if each non-winning partner should receive 5% of the winning payout, enter 5 here.
Action Id	View partner participation data for a specific action.
Show	Add data from a large selection of choices.

Table reference

Table Column	Description
Action ID	The ID of the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
OID	The Order ID associated with the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
Conversion Date	The date and time of the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
Event Type	The event type of the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
Sale Amount	The sale value of the action.
Commission	The total action payout for that row's action.
Winner Partner ID	The ID of the winning partner for that action.
Winner Partner	The account name of the winning partner for that action.
Partner ID	The ID of a non-winning partner for that action. Remember that multiple non-winning partners can exist for the same action.
Partner	The account name of a non-winning partner for that action. Remember that multiple non-winning partners can exist for the same action.
Partner Is Winner	Whether the participating partner (listed in the prior 2 columns) won the conversion.
Interaction Type	How the participating partner influenced the conversion path.
Payable Media	Whether the contributor for that row of the report is a partner or a media source (like a Network).
Partner Bonus	What a non-winning partner for that action will be paid out.
