Expire Partner & Creator Contracts

Expire a contract when you need to end a partner or creator relationship on a set date. impact.com emails the partner or creator automatically, and you can include a message.

Account users with the Expire Partner user permission can expire 1 or more active partner contracts.

Expire a partner contract

  1. From the left navigation menu, select [Engage] → Partners → Partnersarrow-up-right.

  2. Select [Checkbox] next to the partner whose contract you want to expire, then select [More]Contract → Expire.

  3. On the Expire Partners screen, review the configuration options.

  4. Select Expire.

  5. Read the warning prompt carefully, then select I understand, continue.

Expire a creator contract

  1. From the left navigation menu, select [Engage] → Partners → Creatorsarrow-up-right.

  2. Select [Checkbox] next to the creator whose contract you want to expire, then select [More]Contract → Expire.

  3. On the Expire Partners screen, review the configuration options.

  4. Select Expire.

  5. Read the warning prompt carefully, then select I understand, continue.

View Partners

Select View Partners to review the selected accounts whose contracts will expire.

Expire On

Use the calendar to select the date when the contract will expire. The contract expires at 11:59:59 PM on the selected day in your account timezone.

Withdraw All Switches

Select [Toggle on] to withdraw any pending contract proposal or scheduled contract switch for the selected account. If you leave this option off, impact.com will still honor existing proposals and scheduled contract switches.

Reverse All Existing Pending Actions

Select [Toggle on] to reverse any pending action attributed to the selected account.

Non-Compliance

Select [Toggle on] to mark the account internally as expired for non-compliance.

Comments

Enter a message for the partner or creator. impact.com sends this message by email.
