# Pause or Delete an Extended Search

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](/files/ZxKsZVItTC74qmX9Lebs) **\[Discover]** → **Extended Search** →[**My Searches**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/discover/fr/search/searches.ihtml?u=%2Fsecure%2Fdiscover%2Fsearch%2Findex.html%3Froute%3D%2Fsearches%26layout%3DIFRAME).
2. Hover over a specific extended search and select ![](/files/mQTDSmR70Q3Eybmgev6e) **\[More]**.
3. Select the relevant action you want to complete.

   * **Pause:** The search will no longer continue refreshing, but the results that have already come in will still be visible.
   * **Delete:** The search and its results will be deleted.

**Note**: To prevent overwhelming results, searches are automatically paused if there are 100 unreviewed search results. To prevent ineffective searches, searches are also paused when they return less than 5 results.
