Using the [Performance by Partner report](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/155000000245), identify your top performers and get an idea of what’s working best for your program. Another method is to analyze actions driven by your partners from a number of angles to see everything from the customer journey to promo codes used in the [Advanced Action Listing report](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/48001232620). You can [schedule reports](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/48001236561) to send to you and/or other team members on a regular basis to reduce time pulling data.

If you need reporting beyond what’s available, you can use impact.com’s [Data Lab](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/155000000626) to build your own custom report.

To ensure your payouts are correct, it is important to review and [process any reversals](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/155000002767), [modifications](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/48001236004), or cancellations on partner actions before the Action Locking Date, which was reviewed in the Financial Schedule section of step 1. You can use the [Advanced Action Listing Report](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/48001232620) to review all these transactions and identify any that should be reversed or modified based on your internal conversion information.
