# Customize a Partner's Statement of Work

A partner's statement of work (SOW) contains their compensation and all the deliverables they will produce, such as the type of content and the platforms on which they will post. You can modify a partner’s SOW including compensation, task assignments, usage rights, and more without affecting other partners participating in the same campaign.

When you invite any new partners to your campaign, you can include the campaign's default SOW, or customize the SOW. Refer to [Invite new partners to your campaign](https://help.impact.com/en/support/solutions/articles/155000004078-invite-new-partners-to-your-campaign) to learn more.

1. From the left navigation bar, select ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-230534471fef5f40808e921e41ee44e4a06ded03%2Fe6cb9548999afdc1ed3ce4942e4cb5b45b5cecbd323267aac2a7cd1915fccc09.svg?alt=media) **\[Engage] →** **Campaign Manager** → **Performance**.
2. On the *Campaign Manager* screen, select the **Active** tab to view all your currently active campaigns.
3. Hover over the campaign for which you want to customize the SOW, then select **Manage Campaign**.
4. Select the **Applicants** tab, then select one of the following statuses:
   * **Applied**
   * **In Negotiation**
   * **In Review**
5. Hover over the partner for which you want to customize the SOW, then select **View Proposal**.
6. Select **Negotiate**, then make adjustments to the partner's SOW.
   * You specified the SOW when you [created the campaign](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/beta-performance-campaigns/manage-a-performance-campaign/configure-a-performance-campaign).
7. Select **Send new proposal** once you're done making your changes.
   * Select **Hire without negotiation** if you want to change the SOW without the partner negotiating the changes.
