# Sentiment Analysis for Creator Explained

Sentiment Analysis is a dashboard feature, within Social Listening, in the Creator program that helps you understand how creators talk about your brand, products, and campaigns across social media. It surfaces sentiment trends in a visual dashboard—on a brand, creator, campaign, and channel level. Whether you’re tracking positive posts from creators outside your program or monitoring overall sentiment across platforms, Sentiment Analysis shows you what matters most.

#### How it works and how to access your sentiment dashboard

{% hint style="warning" %}
This feature is only available with specific impact.com editions or add-ons. [Contact us](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml) to upgrade your account and get access!
{% endhint %}

We use your active social listeners to collect content featuring your selected terms, such as keywords, mentions, and hashtags, from sources like social media posts (such as Instagram posts and reels, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, etc.) and other user-generated content. AI then analyzes this content and classifies it as positive, negative, or neutral, and returns key themes and emotional drivers based on your chosen terms.

These insights are presented in a dashboard that provides:

* Sentiment trends over time.
* Comparisons with historical data.
* Breakdowns by terms, channel, and creator relationship.
