Set Up & Customize Your Storefront
Storefronts let you drive higher conversion rates with your partners through co-branded shopping pages. This article walks you through setting up your storefront and choosing the URL where your storefront will live. Learn more about storefronts in our Storefronts Explained for Brands help article.
Before you start: Your storefront needs an active, up-to-date product catalog. Creators can only add in-stock products from that catalog. Out-of-stock products do not appear until they are back in stock.
Enable storefronts
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Content → Storefronts.
Select Enable Storefronts to start setting up your storefront.
Choose your URL
Set the web address where you storefront will be hosted below Choose your URL. By default, your storefront URL uses your program ID (for example, https://impact.com/shop/creator_name/12345 ).
Review the default storefront URL field.
Optionally, replace the default value with a custom name (for example,
https://impact.com/shop/creator_name/wayneenterprises).A
[Green checkmark] confirms the name is available and valid.
A
[Red error] appears if the name is already taken or contains invalid characters. Enter a different name to continue.
Once your URL is valid, select Continue.
Note: You can always change your storefront URL later.
Configure your storefront settings
Customize your storefront's branding and appearance.
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Content → Storefronts→ Settings.
Use the tabs at the top of the Storefront Settings screen to navigate to the different sections. Refer to the references below for help configuring your settings on each tab:
Add your brand logo and favicon to your storefront:
Upload Brand Logo: Select Choose File or drag & drop your file.
Accepted file types include PNG, SVG, JPG/JPEG.
Recommended minimum logo size is 156px by 56px.
Upload Favicon: Select Choose File or drag & drop your file.
Accepted file types include ICO, PNG, SVG, JPG/JPEG.

Customize the visual appearance of secondary buttons, hyperlinks, and footers on your storefront to align with your brand identity.
Page Colors
Header Background Color: Set the background color for the header of your storefront page.
Page Background Color: Set the background color for the main body of your storefront page.
Text Color: Set the color for the main body text on your storefront.
Border Color: Set the color for border lines and separators on the page.
Primary Button
Background Color: Set the main background color for the button.
Text Color: Set the color of the text on the button.
Border Color: Set the color of the border around the button.
Border Radius: Adjust the roundness of the corners for the button.
Hover Background Color: Set the background color when a user's cursor hovers over the button.
Hover Text Color: Set the text color when a user's cursor hovers over the button.
Hover Border Color: Set the border color when a user's cursor hovers over the button.
You can preview the button on the right side of the screen.
Secondary Button
Background Color: Set the fill color for the button.
Text Color: Set the color of the text label inside the button.
Border Color: Set the outline color of the button.
Border Radius: Adjust the roundness of the corners.
Hover Background Color: Set the background color when a user's cursor hovers over the button.
Hover Text Color: Set the text color when a user's cursor hovers over the button.
Hover Border Color: Set the border color when a user's cursor hovers over the button.
You can preview the button on the right side of the screen.
Links
Link Color: Set the default display color for clickable text links.
Link Hover Color: Set the display color of text links when hovered over.
You can preview the links on the right side of the screen.
Footer
Background Color: Set the background fill color for the footer region at the bottom of the page.
Text Color: Set the color of the text, copyright notices, and links inside the footer.
Customize your hero carousel which allows you to display a rotating series of images or videos to capture audience attention and highlight key brand campaigns or creator content.
Upload carousel content
To upload content, select
[Upload], then select a file.
Upload a static image or a video file.
The recommended size for uploaded content is a minimum of 1080px by 1920px.
You can upload up to 5 items in your hero carousel loop.
Maximum file size is 100MB.
Manage your carousel cards
Click and drag individual cards horizontally to change their display sequence on your storefront.
Hover over a card and select Clear Content to remove the item.
Best practice: Keep your main visual elements centered in your assets to ensure they display optimally across both mobile and desktop screens.

Customize the bottom section of your storefront. You can add copyright text and manage useful navigation links.
Add copyright text
In the Copyright Text space, enter your custom copyright notice or legal disclaimer (e.g.,
© 2026 wayneenterprises.com. All rights reserved.) to display at the very bottom of the storefront page.
Add footer links
Add Footer Links to help visitors navigate your storefront easily:
Link Title: Enter the display text for the hyperlink that visitors will see (e.g., "Privacy Policy", or "Contact Us").
URL: Select the standard protocol (e.g.,
https://orhttp://) from the drop-down menu and enter the destination web address in the text field.Enable / Disable links: Use the toggle to enable or disable links. Only enabled links will be visible on your live storefront.
Manage footer links
Add more links: Select
[Add Another] to add more links to your footer.
Rearrange links: Select
[Rearrange] to drag and drop the rows in the order of your choosing.
Delete links: Select
[Delete] to remove the link from your footer entirely.

Customize the publish settings and easily locate your unique storefront URL:
Make your storefront visible:
[Toggle on] Storefront Visibility to make your storefront public and visible to your creators.
If you're still setting up your storefront and want to keep it hidden, then
[Toggle off] Storefront Visibility.
View your storefront's URL.

Once you've configured your storefront's appearance, select Save.
Preview your storefront
Before you publish your storefront, you can preview it to ensure it matches your expectations.
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Content → Storefronts.
Select Preview from the upper-right corner.
In the upper-right of the Storefronts Preview screen, preview your storefront on a desktop or mobile device by selecting
[Desktop] or
[Mobile].
If there are any changes you want to make, return to the Settings screen to customize your storefront further. Refer to Configure your storefront settings above.
Publish your storefront
Once you're satisfied with your storefront, you can publish it.
From the left navigation, select
[Engage] → Content → Storefronts→ Preview.
In the upper-right corner of the Storefronts Preview screen, select Publish.
In the pop-up, select Publish to confirm that you want to make your storefront live.
