# View Your Creator Content Check Results

Once creators have been checked against a policy, review their results to see which creators are a fit for your brand and which have content you'll want to look at more closely.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This feature is currently in closed beta and is not available to all brands.
{% endhint %}

## View a policy's results

1. From the left navigation bar, select ![](https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2FLGBlwxuVWsrxNsjYUMjf%2Fdiscover-v2%20\(1\).svg?alt=media\&token=8a0e56eb-ff89-4046-8e72-ad2b503f8bf9) **\[Discover] →** [**Creator Content Check**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/discover/fr/content-safety/policies.ihtml).
2. Hover over the policy you want to review and select **View**. The results screen opens, showing every creator on that policy as a card.
3. Beneath your policy's name, use the search bar or filters to find specific creators or results.
   * Refer to the *Filter reference* below to learn more.

4. Each creator appears as a card showing:
   * Their name, with a verified badge if their account is verified.
   * The social platforms their content was checked on.
   * Their relationship to you (joined or not joined).
   * When they were last checked, or if no check has run for them yet.
   * Labels detailing their check outcome and status:
     * Whether their content was deemed *Safe* or *Unsafe*.
     * Whether the check is *Pending* or *Outdated*.
5. Select a creator's card to review their content. Refer to the [*Review a creator's content*](#review-a-creators-flagged-content) section below to learn more.
   * You cannot view a creator's content if their check is pending.
   * If a creator has been marked as *Safe*, from the [profile](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/working-with-creators/view-a-creators-profile.md) slideout you can:
     * Select **Invite** to invite them to your program or campaign.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Note:** *Safe* means nothing matched the criteria you set. It isn't a general endorsement of the creator. The same creator can return *Safe* under a narrow policy and *Unsafe* under a broader one. If you want more assurance, widen your content age range or select more brand safety terms, then rerun.

## Review a creator's content

1. Select a creator's card to open their results.
2. In the slideout:

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Left panel" %}
The left panel shows the *Creator Content Check Criteria* the result was generated from. This includes the brand safety terms and custom keywords you added when [creating](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/recruit-creators/creator-content-check/create-a-creator-content-check-policy.md) or [editing](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/recruit-creators/creator-content-check/manage-your-creator-content-check-policies.md#edit-a-content-check-policy) the policy.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The criteria shown here are the ones used to generate the result on screen, not necessarily your current policy settings. If the policy was edited without rerunning the check, the result reflects the earlier criteria — which is what the *Outdated* label indicates.
{% endhint %}

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="https://4048883401-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2FSyYrNXcicQljZUessjOG%2FGraphics%20etc%20(21).png?alt=media&amp;token=fd634a46-9275-4820-b4af-2ddbb08b72d3" alt="" width="340"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Right panel" %}
The right panel shows the content found, the creator's outcome and when they were last checked, followed by:

* *Brand Safety Found*: Which of your selected brand safety terms appeared in the creator's content.
* *Custom Keywords Found*: Which of your custom keywords appeared in the creator's content.
* *Flagged Content*: A list of individual posts that triggered a flag. Each post shows:
  * A thumbnail of the content and the platform it was posted on.
  * The reason it was flagged.
  * The post's caption and how long ago it was posted.
  * A link to open the post on the original platform.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip**: Open the original post before you rule a creator out. A post can match a keyword in a context that's harmless for your brand. A creator saying they had never used a product still mentions the product. Flagged content is a starting point for your judgement.
{% endhint %}

## FAQ

<details>

<summary>Why is a creator stuck on <em>Pending</em> for a long time?</summary>

Checks can take up to 4 hours to return results. If a creator is still *Pending* well beyond that, [contact support](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why did a creator I expected to be flagged come back <em>Safe</em>?</summary>

* Check your policy's *Content age range.* Content older than the range you set isn't reviewed.
* Confirm the *Brand safety terms* you expected are actually selected on the policy.
* Confirm any *Custom keywords* match the wording the creator would actually use.

# Agent Instructions
This documentation is published with GitBook. GitBook is the documentation platform designed so that both humans and AI agents can read, navigate, and reason over technical content effectively. Learn more at gitbook.com.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/recruit-creators/creator-content-check/view-your-creator-content-check-results.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
