Keep your creators happy and engaged by offering a mix of the compensation models listed below:

* **Commission**: competitive commissions (15-20%) encourage creators to promote products more often, increasing their earning potential.
* **Flat fees**: compensate creators for posts using a hybrid of flat fees and commission to ensure that your creators are rewarded for content creation, while lowering your upfront costs.
* **Performance bonuses**: these should be awarded to creators for hitting certain revenue, conversion, or traffic goals to encourage more frequent promotions.
* **Dynamic commissions**: using dynamic commissions to increase payouts on things like certain products, promo codes, or price categories can increase AOV and conversion rate.
* **Product gifting**: regular gifting of products to creators, especially top-performers, allows them to showcase your products in a more genuine way and will strengthen your relationship.
