#### Reporting metrics breakdown

Creator reports aggregate [campaign](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-a-creator-campaign) metrics from various sources such as impact.com's performance data, and external sources such as social media data:

* **Social media metrics**—Social media posts are tied to [campaign tasks](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/add-or-remove-creator-campaign-tasks-as-a-brand) that a creator submits and get reviewed and approved by you. Each social media platform has unique metrics in Creator performance reports, e.g., likes, comments, shares, views, and more. These metrics are tracked across certain timeframes:

  * **Lifetime metrics:** Metrics spanning from the start of the campaign until a set end date.
  * **Delta metrics:** Metrics spanning from a set start date until a set end date.

Refer to the *social media metrics comparison* table for more information on what metrics are tracked for each post type.
* **impact.com performance metrics**—impact.com's performance metrics report on tracking links driving traffic that results in conversions like online sales. These metrics include the number of link clicks, actions per link click, costs associated with each link click, and more.
* **Flat fees and product gifting metrics**—These metrics are always tracked per campaign and associated with compensation a creator received for completing tasks. These metrics are not tied to tracking link performance.
