Submit Campaign Tasks on Behalf of Your Hired Creators
You can submit campaign drafts and deliverables directly on your hired creators' behalf. This keeps campaigns moving, saves your creators a step, and is especially useful for smaller campaigns where you communicate closely with creators and don't need to wait for them to post their tasks.
Upload campaign drafts
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Campaign Manager → Creator.
Find the relevant campaign and select Manage Campaign.
Select the Tasks tab at the top and then navigate to the task for which you want to upload a draft. Hover your cursor over the task and select View Task Details.
In the slide-out on the right, select Draft.
Select Upload for creator and fill out the relevant information.
Refer to Upload draft reference below for more information.
Select Submit. Once submitted, you should see a Completed by brand label.
Optionally, select
[Unchecked box] Auto approve this deliverable to automatically accept the draft.

Upload draft reference
If you chose to restrict draft submission methods for creators upon campaign set up, then these restrictions will apply to you as well.
Upload File
Choose a file that you would like to upload. You can upload multiple files. Format should be in .JPG or .PNG.
Submit URL Link
Input the URL that relates to the draft.
Provide Details
Provide the details of how the task was completed.
Caption

Important: impact.com cannot automatically pull post insights and metrics when posts are submitted manually.
This feature is only available for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch tasks and requires your joined creator to connect their social media properties.
Your creator's deliverables can be automatically detected via their hashtags to the relevant campaign without your creator manually submitting it. All that's needed is for you to approve the deliverable.
To avoid matching too many posts, impact.com only detects posts that include additional, non-FTC-regulated hashtags. It does not detect posts that use only generic hashtags.
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Campaign Manager → Creator.
Find the relevant campaign and select Manage Campaign.
Select the Tasks tab.
Use the Awaiting your review task filter beneath the tabs to find tasks that have been auto-detected. You will see a Post has been detected flag here.

Hover over the task and select View Task Details.
In the slideout on the right, select Deliverable.
You can see the date it was detected.
You can view the Creator of the content, the Due Date, the Matched hashtags and the content that was identified. You can also view the content in its social platform by selecting the social platform's icon.
If more than one deliverable was posted with the same hashtags, they will appear here as well for you to review.
Select the content you want to submit for the deliverable, then select Approve Post.
If the correct posts aren't auto-detected, select
[More] → Load more posts to see more posts, or select
[More] → Submit deliverable manually.
