# Edit Your Email Templates

You can use a list of email templates to notify creators of specific events or occurrences. Edit these templates to fit your brand's needs and apply your own style to any of your emails.

You can access these settings from both your Creator Edit portal and the impact.com platform. Select the appropriate tab below.

1. In the upper-right corner, select your **\<Name>** ![](/files/jA6jLZ1RleK5VI2zmvap) **\[Drop-down menu]** → **Admin**.
2. From the left navigation menu, select **Emails and announcements**.
3. In the *Email Templates* section, find the template you want to edit, then select **Edit**.
4. In the edit window, edit the email's *Subject*, *Body*, and *Call To Action Text*.
   * The call to action text will be displayed on the button in the email.
5. Select **\[ ] Add dynamic fields** to add any dynamic variables to your email.
   * Refer to the *Dynamic fields reference* below to see which fields are available for which email templates.
6. Select **Save** when you're done.
   * A preview of your email will appear. From here you **Close** the modal or **Edit** the template further.

1. From the top navigation bar, select ![](/files/2qeX6EqajzdOPiwzfeV5) **\[User profile]** → **Settings**.
2. On the right, under *Program Settings*, navigate to **Creator Edit** → [**Emails and Announcements**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/branded-portal/emails-and-announcements.ihtml).&#x20;
3. In the *Email Templates* section, you can upload an **Email Header Logo**.
   * Supported file formats include .PNG or .JPG, and the file should have a minimum resolution of 72 PPI.&#x20;
4. Find the template you want to edit, then select ![](/files/hnnGcOoOKIbhZOdeluye) **\[More]** → **Edit**.
5. In the edit window, edit the email's *Subject*, *Email Body*, and *Call To Action text*.
   * The call to action text will be displayed on the button in the email.
6. To add dynamic variables to your email, select **Insert additional dynamic token** ![](/files/cGF8WaKiBs6VwGoSW9ue)**\[Expand]**, then select **Insert** next to your chosen variable.
   * Refer to the *Dynamic fields reference* below to see which fields are available for which email templates.
7. Select **Save**.
   * Optionally, you can review how your email looks by selecting ![](/files/hnnGcOoOKIbhZOdeluye) **\[More]** → **Preview**.

#### Email reminder triggers

Specific emails are sent after certain events occur as a reminder for the creator. These events include reminders to join a program, perform a task, check a new notification, and more.
